This is not a legitimate business; it is a professional scam operation designed to take your money and ghost you. I lost £623 attempting to purchase a Samsung phone, and I want to ensure no one else falls into this trap.

They advertise "3-working-day delivery" to get you to hit the buy button.

Once they have your money, nothing is shipped. When you inevitably chase them, they cite "logistics issues" and force you to wait 21 working days for a cancellation or refund.

As soon as those 21 days pass, they stop responding to emails entirely.

Their website claims they are UK-based, but they are actually operating out of Dubai. The London address listed is a virtual office with no physical presence.

Their phone line never rings, and their customer support email is a black hole.

I have been chasing them for weeks with zero resolution. They are currently attempting to tell Trustpilot that I was never a customer to get negative reviews removed—so I have attached my Order Confirmation and Transaction ID to this review as proof of purchase.

Current Status: I have had to involve my bank for a chargeback, which takes another 35 working days to process. I have also officially reported them to the Ombudsman and Action Fraud to have their website flagged and shut down.

VERDICT: STAY AWAY. They will take your money, lie about their location, and disappear. If you have already been scammed, contact your bank immediately to reverse the transaction.

The phone arrived, in the condition described. It took over two weeks and it has United Arab Emirates firmware so a couple of things don't work in the UK, such as Samsung wallet.
That's not a big problem for me but be aware of the possibility.

Brilliant service and probably the most detailed i have ever used, i have been purchasing from else where but i stumbled across phonesrefurb and i decided to try. I was disappointed with my iPhone 16 pro max purchase.

Seller refused to provide tracking information because I purchased as a guest, and continued to pressure me to make an account. Fortunately the shipper provided tracking updates. At some point the item was returned, or at least sent back in the shipping chain, delaying delivery. The product itself was just as expected, once received. Smoother and more respohsive interactions with the seller would have been appreciated.

No instuctions, Came in a non Samsung white box. Could not help me getting the phone started, No instuctions, tried to contact customer dervices, but no answer
The condition is suspect as the foldis very visible, so thr condition was noy true, Want to return the phone but no instuctions, no respond to my e mails either

I have paid by credit card so should get a refund if they inform of the return adress In all correspondance there are no instructions on how to return phone back and full refund

After questioning via their chat system, I knew exactly what to expect. The iPhone was advertised as new and for a good price,
It arrived well packaged and on checking it it is as new, it will be put to use on Xmas day as it's a present. Well pleased with it and would recommend Phones Refurbished to anyone wanting a phone.

I bought the above for my daughter starting grammar school and I am very happy with the product which is in excellent condition for a used product plus its price was good. The only tiny criticism I have is that the product was not dispatched for quite a long time but to be fair the company did keep me updated about dispatch progress etc.

PAID FOR AN IPHONE 15 PRO MAX - DID NOT RECIEVE IT. Absolute scammers. No replies despite countless emails. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Its a pity that I cannot give negative stars on this platform. This "company" is an absolute scam. I found out too late, but to warn other customers I am writing this review. They ignored my wish to cancel my order (I canceled it before shipment) and instead they sent me a fake tracking code. Stay away from it
Update: I have some good news for people who have been treated like I did, around a month ago bank has returned my money. So don't loose hope, try to request a chargeback.

Scam site. Fake positive reviews. Check trust pilot for a true reflection. Avoid this company at all costs. Dubai based scam site. You have been warned.

I paid for mobile on 12/09/24. Phone never arrived and now they're not interested in giving me a refund ignoring messages and emails or just saying anything to give false hope. #*******.

I'm sharing my experience with Phonesrefurb, and I must say I'm deeply disappointed. I purchased a phone (OnePlus 10 Pro with 512GB of memory), but what I received was a OnePlus with only 256GB. When I reached out to them to address the issue, they claimed that the incorrect listing on their website was a mistake and insisted that the phone I received was the correct one. They admitted that the issue was due to a system glitch, which "unfortunately sometimes happens" — although that's not my problem, by the way.

They assured me that they would provide compensation and cover the taxes as stated on their website, where they claim to refund 50-70% of the tax fees. However, when I followed up to receive the promised compensation, they simply stopped responding to my emails.

For anyone considering purchasing from them, be aware that you might receive the wrong product. I have all the bills and emails proving what I ordered, along with their email admitting the error.
Additionally, despite their listed location in the UK, the phone was shipped from Dubai, resulting in extra taxes for those of us living in Europe 🌍. On top of that, the delivery time was misleading—they promised delivery between July 29th and August 6th, 2024, but I didn't receive the phone until August 19th.

I hope this review helps others avoid the frustration I've encountered.

PHENOMENAL!
I was a joyroom earphone user and switching to the GOAT Apple Airpods is definitely a game changer. It was a wise decision from me especially that I thought it wasn't necessary to switch since the joy room's sound quality is great and mainly did its job!Also, I dont want to lie, I was super anxious about having issues with the airpods not working well with calls and dropping them however its working perfectly fine. The noise cancellation is on a different level,the 360 spatial audio feature and the specific customization of the pods in general are such a wholesome experience. I still didn't get to decide about the battery's performance just yet since i only just unboxed the AirPods like an hour ago, I'd like to wrap things up when I try them for a few days and will update this review. Finally, Apple is luxurious and they never fail to exceed my expectations!

I have had the worst experience with this company. I bought these Airpods which they ensured would come with the box, and it did not. On top of that, their products come from abroad and you will be asked by fedex to pay import tax. They promised to reimburse me and 2 months has now passed and i have not received it.
They have no answers on their phone lines and extremely little response by email.
I could be wrong but i suspect that there is something off about this company and would not recommend at all. They have ignored most of my recent emails and I had to start proceedings at the small claims court and issue a letter before claim which again they have ignored.
