Finally got my much needed phone upgrade after several years! Phonesrefurb were very responsive and the ship out was fast! Very very secured packaging and also comes with warranty so it's nice. I'll surely buy another apple products on this shop. Hoping next time they will send freebies.

Delivery was prompt for preorder. Have been waiting excitedly for this. The earbuds are very pretty and sleek. Since it is not an in ear type it tend of drop off from ear easily. Nevertheless still a good buy. The acoustics are amazing as usual.

It was packaged well, also has plastic and secured with cardboard for protection and bubble wrapped heavily. Arrived earlier than expected. Ordered a pixel pro 7 on the 11th September and never received anything. Email "support" just said they'd look into it and get back to me and never did. Guy on the phone told me I'd receive a tracking number within 24 hours like 3 times. Luckily I ordered through PayPal so I could get it refunded. No idea what these other reviewers are happy about, they seem fake. Definitely avoid.

Decided to purchase Pixel phone because of the price and and iPhone. I was not sure how my purchase will turn out to be, but i see buyers protection is in-place and i see they offer 30days returns. After my purchase it took around 6days to receive my tracking number and 2 more days to have my item delivered by royal mail, overall i am satisfied.
