I called into customer service to make sure this part would fit my car and they said yes. I ordered and received the part but it totally disabled my vehicle and wouldn't let me even start the vehicle after proper installation and then after many reinstalls to confirm I wasn't doing it wrong, it still wouldn't work. I called back into Phastek and they said they never heard of this problem.(shocking, I know). They told me I should send it back or call the manufacturer. So I decided to take control of the situation and call pedalmax directly for answers since Phastek had no solutions. Fortunately the company was about 80 miles away so I had to take time out of my day and waste gas to drive down there and they quickly figured it out and i was sent the totally wrong part and they had sent me a truck adapter and harness when I specifically asked for the Camaro ZL1 application. David at Pedalmax gladly cleaned up this poor oversite and swapped me out with the correct part and even installed it for me. Going through Phastek only would've had me frustrated enough to just return it and wash my hands of the situation because they never even had the intelligence to confirm my part number they sent and if it matched what I actually ordered but they didn't.
The product works as advertised buy you guys are supposed to be Camaro specialists so just a little disappointed with the whole experience.

My 1st experience with Phastek has been a very positive one, starting with customer service on the phone. Cannot attest yet to durability of wheels but they arrived fast, well packed and in perfect condition. They are truly spectacular looking (Gun metal is the same as Chevy's "graphite" color), the guys at my tire shop said the same thing. To somewhat of a gearhead, these appear very nicely made and when compared side by side to picture of Chevy originals, I cannot tell the difference. Lug nuts even have their own safety key, a huge plus as I won't have to buy a set of anti-theft ones. The fit to my 6th Gen was seamless, no need for spacers or adjustments. Plenty of clearance front & back (car has not been lowered). I followed recommendation for tire size and again no issues.

I am very happy with the quality of this pump. Billit Aluminum finish, quality hardware, etc. The pump runs on electric so it will need hard wired in or you will have to buy the relay kit (around $70) to install it. This pump keeps my engine at normal operating temperatures no matter how hot it is outside or how hard I run it, the temperature doesn't change. This pump can handle whatever you throw at it. Its expensive compared to the stock pump, but there is no comparison in performance between this & the stock pump. This is far more superior. Worth every penny.

I am a very happy customer

The issue is not with Phastek at all, but rather with the manufacturer. I ordered a set of IROC wheels and a few days after ordering was notified by Phastek that the wheels were on backorder. The issue was that the manufacturer had no time frame at all (weeks or months) for the wheels to be available. I don't mind waiting if a time frame is provided, buy I refuse to be charhed a large amount of money on something for which I have zero idea on when I'd be receiving that product.
Phastek promptly refunded me as I requested and the customer service was top notch as usual. But super frustrating that the manufacturer couldn't even provide an estimate.
Phastek get 5 stars for handling the issue and promptly helping me.
Manufacturer get 1 star for lack of communication.
