It would be very helpful to have a way to view and or get updates on shipments when they are direct shipped from other vendors. Very disappointing not knowing if something I've order AND paid for is on back order, hold status, etc. I shouldn't have to call to find these things out.

Ordered a set of cluster gauges from Phastek. Received on time and instructions were simple to follow. I had the install done in just over an hour and I am handy but certainly no mechanic. Ive since ordered another few items and made a mistake on that order of a duplicate item. A quick email got it sorted out and only the one item being shipped before it got out the door. Quality is great and customer service is excellent.

The only reason I am rating 1 star is because of the terrible shipping time, took them a whole month to ship it to me, the product was great (axle back exhaust), I called to find out what had happened. And was not given a explanation all customer service said wen they called me back was it will be shipped to you In two days, overall products are great but customer service and shipping time sucks

Great customer service when I sent emails about my shipment, only thing was I ordered cat-less downpipe and nothing about it not being a stocked item and needed to be fabricated was on the website. I had to send an email to discover this but the customer service and speed of answering my questions was phenominal. Very pleased. Oh send more stickers, my car needs them

Some items were back-ordered, but they kept me up to date on this. Everything else was received in good order and promptly.

Whee locks worked well. The key messed up the wheels a bit and over all they looked like crap. The picture made them look polished and shiny instead the looked beat up and dirty. Honestly I wouldnt purchase them again or recommend them to any one

Just like they said, fast shipping and looks like a factory piece. Install took a minute, but we'll worth the outcome. Couldn't be Happier! Now I want one one the trunk to match. Installed on my 2016 2SS.

The reason I gave it 4 Stars is minor. Have a 2015 2LT RS convertible. First, the inner fender well torx are T20 not T15 as instructions suggest. Second, the factory shroud is totally different than the one in the picture. I just measured and cut the shroud. Overall very well build product. The instruction could use some tweeking however. All went in and works well.

Im upset at UPS for not delivering my item or at least holding my item in area until the confusion was settled. Now my whole schedule and appointments messed up and no new tracking number or when to expect my package to arrive

2017 Mosaic Biack 1SS Manual

Has a set on a previous car. Loved them so much had to put a set on a second 2010 Camaro! The fade make them look functional at a fraction of the cost and time involved for the actual cut out inserts. Easy to install and maintain. Highly recommend.
