I have found that Pet Smart's Great Choice kennels are not only affordable but are hands down the best constructed kennels I have used for the the safety of puppies being air shipped. They are very affordable and also offer free shipping.
Whatever it is, when I ask they show me the item that fits my needs. I always start my shopping there for my pet's stuff. I find they have great customer service and nice helpful staff.
I will only buy toys and products for my dog at petsmart. I refuse to purchase them anywhere else. The prices are a little steep but we'll worth it.
I own fishes, and last time i got few more from there, they had a disease killed many of mine. Was upset about it. They should do better job handling sick fish.

Our two dogs howled and laid down on the floor trying to crawl away when we went to take them to the "Doggie Hotel" a second time. We had to make other plans. Now what would have happened to make them fear the place so much?

Have been bringing my dog here to be groomed for about 5 years. They offer a veteran and also a senior discount, both being 10 percent off and can be used together, making grooming much more affordable. Thanks Petsmart
I always have a good time when I have to go to petsmart. The employees are always so friendly! And bonus, I get to see animals when I go there!
I decided to try online shopping at PetSmart to order several items including Tidy Cat litter from the 2017 Black Friday ad to avoid the holiday traffic first thing in the morning since the website clearly indicated you could purchase the items online at the sale price and pick up in the store later.
This turned out to be A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. I received a confirmation email for the order that stated I would receive another email when the order was ready. It's now Monday and I still have not received the second email saying my order is ready for pickup. I expected some delay since it was the holiday weekend, what I didn't expect was an email saying my order had been cancelled "due to availability". It's cat litter, the store carries it year round in the same size container. I called customer service and can only say I am extremely disappointed with that call. All the individual would say is, your order has been cancelled and you will not be charged for the cat litter, do you have any other questions today. Yes, I do - Why aren't you honoring the order when the next shipment comes in? CS rep - I'm sorry we can't do that. Do you have any other questions today?" This was extremely poor customer service. If they had posted something like - "limited to in store availability", I would gone to the store and made my purchase at that time. I feel this would have been better handled by notifying me that they had run out at the location, but would fulfill my order when they received their next shipment, or offered a substitute at the same price. There are several Tidy Cat options that are all the same regular price.
I started making the majority of my pet purchases from Chewy.com instead of PetSmart because of their customer service. Unfortunately, PetSmart has purchased Chewy.com so I expect their customer service to go down as well.
I like shopping at PetSmart so I decided to order Tidy Cat early online from the 2017 Black Friday ad to save time looking for a cart and/or waiting in very long lines dragging buckets of to & from the register. BIG MISTAKE! I received a confirmation for my order that said I would receive another email when the order was ready. When I didn't receive the second email, I contacted the store and emailed customer care and I was told that the online ordering system was down nationwide. But I was assured that "you will still receive the Black Friday deal and once it was processed in the next 7 days it will be available for pick-up within a hour. You will receive an email telling you when it's ready for pick-up."
Today I received an email cancelling the order "due to availability". This is extremely poor customer service. Had I known that PetSmart was going to do this, I would have been there when they opened at 7 AM and made my purchase at that time. It's not like there is a shortage of Tidy Cat! In my opinion, they should have notified me that they had run out, but would fulfill my order when they received their next shipment, or asked me what I had ordered, put the items aside for me and told me that I needed to pick up the order within a certain time period.
Wish there was an option to give them "no stars"!
They have great customer service and are very friendly. They are a little pricey but good at what they do.
Very friendly service, good deals on food. A go-to for grabbing my children (Cats) their supper and snacks. Only 1 nearby, though. Wish it were closer to us
Honestly you could sum it up in just a few words. " They are just TOO EXPENSIVE! ". On one positive note, they have a large selection of things.
But they aren't spun with threads of gold and silver! They just need to simmer down and get reasonable.
Over priced and do not listen how you want your dog cut. They do what they want on your dime. $65.00 for a 20 lb dog

Returned items to them. First they did not want to send me a prepaid label. Second it has been 10 days already and still no refund. I am telling you a nightmare these people are. Stay away. They use a call center and always a different person when I contacted them. Terrible terrible terrible!
I purchased a kitten from them 3 years ago. I just found out about many medical conditions my cat has always had. Due to this- I have to put my young cat to sleep. They never provided medical paperwork that describes these issues. I WILL NEVER BUY AN ANIAML FROM THEM AGAIN. They were very unprofessional and argumentive when I addressed this issue to them. They have no care for their anaimls. They makes me sick to my stomach and I hope no one ever goes through what I went through.
Answer: Way over-priced in store and on-line. Their treats program on-line is a joke.
Answer: I have no knowledge concerning your question. At our Petsmart in Sacramento they sell animal products; it's a store; not a place where dogs go to play. Dogs are allowed inside the store to 'shop' with their person, but the dogs must be on a leash, contained, etc.
