Typically the best deals on pet food. Website is good but mobile isnt as easy to use on my iPad as I would like it to be. Other than that it is perfect.

Only go there for our per supplies and parakeets. Fish and frogs... great staff. Love the return policy as well

Poor service and the licks products were green molded with no labels saying refigerate, at store in spokane on division staff was cusiing, mocking customers

Some stores are great, some are not. They are usually well stocked (better then Petco) but "employee quality" is highly variable.

Petsmart grooming is terrible. I have taken my dog to them 5-6 times and each time I had poor customer service. I thought it was just the person I worked with so I would use a different "groomer" or a different Petsmart. Whenever I have taken my dog to groomers

These the good store for buy anything for yours pets or just look a round for shop any item for any pet

Not only do they have everything under one roof, the amount of money they donate to shelters in incredible. I groom my dog there and love the results.

I've been to 3 different PetSmart stores and they all have been great. Their workers seem to be very knowledgeable about their products and are very helpful.

I bought 6 fishes 3 years ago, 5 of them are still alive and huge! I never have to worry for diseases, I just bought a bigger aquarium because of the size of my fishes and I was worry to add more fishes, concern of diseases etc. it was no problem at all! Its been 2 months since! Prior I had aquiarium and when I bought one fish at a different store, all of my othe little fishes died even the algae eater!

PetSmart has a very nice variety of items and nutritional food for your pets but everything they sell can be bought online at other retailers for about half the price.

I go to Petsmart for my chinchillas, birds, dogs and rats! Chew toys are awesome, they have bones that arent made of rawhide which is GREAT. So many things to offer. I go and volunteer at the signal butte and baseline location. Highly recommend it

I love petsmart. The stores are very clean and you can get your dog trained. I recently got a puppy and I needed some pet food and him to be trained. I got him trained and got a good quality service.

Good selection of products. The small stores are hard on Animal Rescues that use these stores. Good discounts for 501C3 Rescues would be nice. Management needs to be more alert to aggressive dogs and sick dogs.

Love them and happy they carry oxbow. Now, they need to stop selling guinea pigs and we will be all good.

My daughter loves coming here and feed all the animals, staff are great and wonderful.
