It's a horror to ever go into our local Petfart! The animals really ARE mistreated, staff is uncaring, unskilled and UN-knowledgeable about the pets AND fish they mistreat and $ell, and the corporate bastids do NOT care, they only care about $$$ and that IS why they are currently under chapter 11 protection! Keep cooking them books and starving out the pets, you'll be gone very soon! They are also VERY Overpriced!
My go to place for cheap pet toys. It's not good kong, but who needs kong when you have tons of China stuff?
I like to buy stuff here for my dog. They always have what I need. Sometimes I bring my dog, and the stuff is very friendly. Bert loves it since he gets free treats.
I shop the local pet boutique too, but PetSmart is the go-to place for variety and good prices. I can get my cat food there more inexpensively than anywhere else. Better than PetCo by far.
I don't know if they price match but go in, scan an item, see how much Amazon sells it for, and see if they will match it.
Being a cat lover of a very spoiled cat, & also I'm part of a feral cat group, I need to find quality cat food & cat products. PetSmart has everything I need, & then some. They carry name brand catnips (which my little one appreciates); they carry great kitty toys; and I can buy by the case & sometimes save a little money. I recommend PetSmart for any animal lovers who want to buy the best pet supplies, and pet food. They have it. I'm especially fond of the catnip supplies that they carry. Prices are good; I buy lots of that, as well as my favorite cat foods there. They carry a large variety. I recommend PetSmart to many people, and all of the volunteers in our feral cat group go there...
There is no advantage to shopping there when I can get cans
In the grocery store. I only have to make one stop that way.

Love shopping at petsmart especially once things are discounted for the puppy dogs... my doggies hit the jackpot this past Christmas w/ Santa! Now if only they would carry those snowballs all year long!
I love shopping here. My dog had obedience training here.
We always find what we want, just something at a price that is higher than should be. But you do not need to run around to different stores looking for pet supplies, they are all here in one place.
The best part is they give money to help the animals. Good for you

I had given Pet Smart a great review, that was when they had the most wonderful, patient and kind groomers working with them. Baylee's two groomers have since moved on to better jobs and unfortunately, no one else there has the time and patience to groom Baylee. His last grooming session, the woman returned him to me half done, said there was no charge and that I needed to take him else where because they had a lot of dogs to tend to. She said Baylee was finicky, takes up too much time and they could no longer accommodate him. I have had Baylee for 9 years, Baylee is very, very SWEET, He shows his teeth if he is annoyed but he has never bitten anyone. I don't even buy dog food at pet smart and my anymore. My neighbors have also stopped taking their dogs there. Not a happy customer!

We took our dog to the Petsmart Pet Hotel in Houston, Tx. We left him for four nights while we went on vacation. When we came back early, he smelled very orange. His fur felt like they had poured orange goop all over him and slicked it down. It was nasty feeling. Second, he was in the play time area when we arrived and looked like he was trying his best to stay awake (scared). Last but not least, he had evidentially crawled on top of his crate and peed on everything under it. Toys, carrier, blankets, and everything else smelled of dried pee. I don't think they even checked his area while we were gone. Very disappointed. We will never leave our pet with them again.
I love all the services and merchandise offered at Pet Smart... Would highly recommend it
