They don't have nearly the selection that PetCo does, and they are much more expensive for the same product. I don't even try and look at petsmart anymore.
I ordered a cat few day before and they delivered the my lovely cat within the deadline which they told me. This is what I loved their timely delivery
Very first I could have found a pretty good pet store for all my pets' needs. I am very happy with their service.
I shop at the store on Broadway in Chicago and had an abundance of choices when I went to by my pup a new bed. The store was neat and clean, and the cashier was professional and smart.
We have two cats and a guinea pig. When we go to PetSmart we can pick up everything that we need for all of our pets. They do have lots of sales and discount coupons, but the prices are a little higher than I would like. But, it's the only place that I trust to carry the brand of food that my cats needs and the variety that my guinea pig requires. All in all, it's a great store.
Carries a large variety of products and has the expensive food I like to feed my boy.
A little pricey but a diversity of animals and products
I find the store in Corvallis oregon to be ver rude i ordered a tank online said it was available at that store and i could pick it up there so i called to make sure they had it i was told no they did not nut there was one in salem so okay that would have been fine but manager says that they wete not going to pay to ship it to there store from salem really rude attitude needles to say i frove to salem to get the tank i paid for and have decided i will not be shopping at petsmart anymore treating me like that shows they don't want my money
We have been loyal Petsmart customers for over 20 years wuth a pet perks card since it first came out. My wife ordered (2 bags) $100+ worth of blue wilderness dog food last Thursday online because I threw my back out and could not make it to the store. On Tuesday I had to go to the store and get a bag because it had not even shipped yet. After eight days we still don't have our order. We have looked into it and can get the food for $10 less a bag on amazon prime with 2 day delivery. Never again will we order from Petsmart online.
I don't know about the PetSmart stores near you but the store i use has excellent service and the employees know what they're talking about when you ask them a question
Nice store, most of the time the supplies are there, sometimes I can not find regular items though. Prices are fairly high
They Advertises job openings when they are not infact hiring. There was 6 on indeed for the Chatham location and you then go inside and they say they don't take resumes and they are not hiring but if you want to apply still apply online... seriously?
& Again Chatham location... Ball Python in too small of enclosure. Emailed customer service no one will do anything he can't stretch out let alone even lay comfortably its animal cruelty.
Not inexpensive, but the products are high quality.
I purchase supplies for my puggies. They are no more than a mile from my home, convenient.
On 10/20 I bought a ramp to enable my arthritic cat to get on my bed. I was charged $20 for 2nd day delivery which was promised on 10/22 or 10/23. On 10/22 I got notice it had been shipped from TX (I'm in CA) by UPS ground with delivery estimated to be on 10/26. When I called to complain I was initially told that their 2nd day delivery policy was 2 days to process and then 2 days for shipping so 10/26 was the first business day after that time. When I pointed out that the order confirmation promised delivery on 10/23 or 10/24 they agreed to refund my shipping charge but couldn't speed the delivery. Charging $20 for 2nd day delivery under their policy is misleading at best, and a scam at worst. I should have bought from Amazon.
I bought a Chinese Water Dragon about 5 years ago. He was sick and deformed and we returned him so he could get treated by their in-store hospital. We bought him back after 2 wks. He never grew to the size most dragons get to be and we recently lost him die to illness(we're not sure if it was due to his birth defects, though). This summer I bought a guinea pig from a new store in a new state. They had him in a cage with two others that were twice his size. He had torn ears, some missing fur on his side and he was also sick. He was not friendly at all. He was even more skittish than most guinea pigs and bit me pretty good. It took him several weeks just to let me pick him up to cuddle him and he was terrified.
Buy pets from these people ONLY if you want to rescue them from hazardous environments. They may not survive and they may not be good for the kid's for first time pets, but at least you'll feel good about rescuing a helpless animal from an abusive setting.
I have a variety of animals, and Petsmart always has what I need. The employees are helpful, the store is always clean and well organized. I recently took my dog in for a haircut--first time I've ever used the grooming service--and they did a fantastic job of listening to what I wanted and making it happen.
I recently started an aquarium a five female betta fish, three different breeds of Bettas. I went to petsmart to get supplies, and things that were needed, and they had many choices for what I was looking for. An employee approached me and was so incredibly helpful, that I now have five happy healthy fish swimming around. I wish I could mention names, but she wasn't wearing her name tag, she said it had broken off. Anywho, the point of this is, petsmart is super helpful, and has many varieties for what you need.
Answer: Way over-priced in store and on-line. Their treats program on-line is a joke.
Answer: I have no knowledge concerning your question. At our Petsmart in Sacramento they sell animal products; it's a store; not a place where dogs go to play. Dogs are allowed inside the store to 'shop' with their person, but the dogs must be on a leash, contained, etc.
