Took dog there (with confirmed appointment) said they were over booked. Asked me to bring him back at 2. I can't do that as I'm handicapped and don't always have assistance. They refused to allow him to just stay until 2 when they could get to him and they canceled appointment completely. Won't ever be back. Terrible customer service.

PetSmart is good place for pets. I got my bulldog and i also got little discount.

No need to spend top dollars on special diet foods from the vet, chances are petsmart carries a brand that has the same benefits but for 1/3 the price.
I also thought it was funny the cashier showed my the dog cookies and convinced me to try one and LOL tasted like a real cookie.

The best thing about this place is the fact that you can bring your animal in with you and sometimes you can find things you cant find anywhere else. You will pay dearly for it but they do usually have it!

It is nice place to shop pets. I love cats and I order a persian cat. I got my sweet cat on time. It was difficult to my favorite color and finally I got that color by petsmart. You guys are realy very smart.

They have premium dog food. Some are a little over price, but with coupons its worth it.

Came back early to watch them groom and they abused my dog. Not cool. Never going back and complained to management.

Tried to buy several dog toys and all the cheap toys come up on the site but say available in store only if they have them. They should not offer the toy if they cannot supply them.

I like coming here to peruse the pet toys. I have both a cat and a dog and there is always a large selection to fit my needs.
