They are a step up from their competitor which doesnt even bother to remove the bodies from the tanks or cages. They are still expensive and I dont buy anything other than food from them. All other stuff like toys etc i get online.
Plenty of products to choose from, price fluctuates but with a large amount of pet products it balances itself out.
Petsmart is a bit expensive, but the products are usually pretty good and there is plenty of them
I enjoy coming to the store with my friends and just haveing a blast with the pets there. The staff area also really nice.
Giving 4 stars only because size options for dog food offered online aren't complete and I often have to just go to store to check.
I went on line and ordered a harness for my Sheltie, and it was promptly ready for me to pick up at the store on my way home from work.
Awful experience at Petsmart Altamonte Florida. Bad attitude of the employees, they didn't honor their own sales and didn't care about what I was saying. And worst corporate customer service, after I sent them an email explaining the behavior of their employees and how they did not respect the sale they called me and offered me to send a can of food, I asked them to, please read my email and they never called me or sent me an email again. Way to go!. Of course I will never come back to any Petsmart again.
Love PetSmart. They don't sell pets which is VERY important to me and are very helpful. Excellent, excellent, excellent!
Why would Pet Smart sell an aquarium with the starter kit inside with a filter and filter cartridge and not sell the replacement cartridges at the store. When you order online, you now have to pay a shipping charge. The filter cartridge in question is a Rite size-P. The aquarium is a marineland 3 g Nook aquarium kit.
Finally I got my favorite pet on discount. Their rates are very affordable. Thanks for the lovely services.

PetsMart always carry the products I need for by 4-legged babies.
Went online and was told my dog's food was out of stock but to try stores. So I go into a store, with the list my vet gave me of the top 5 brands to get. 2 of which are only sold in 50lb bags which I really didn't want to get since my husky is very picky and might not have eaten either one. The other 3 I was told aren't made anymore, which made me feel very stupid, until I went to walmart the next day and found 2 sitting there both in 5lb bags which I bought both. This place is truly PetStupid!
They usually have what I am looking for, at a reasonable price. They have an excellent selection of foods. The staff has always been helpful whenever I have had questions. I like their selection of dog clothes for my little toy poodle, too.
How about that? You want to spoil your pet with some treats and they dont eat it. No worries, petsmart accepts returns. The staff are great and you will find every price and everthing at this one shop
Great service items always fast to be sent out and great prices
This is the most inept group of individuals I have ever seen. Don't ever try to return an item with a receipt and the item unopened. I've never seen such awful customer service. Don't shop here!
I saw a video where they gassed their animals that were sick or unsold. They freeze live rodents. Horrible store.
I took my kitten to Petsmart thinking that I'm just going to get her fixed and vaccinated and they diagnosed my kitten leukemia positive which is impossible considering her parents were leukemia negative. They tested her 3 times and pushed me for a 4th time. I decided that moment I need to take her in for a 2nd opinion in a private animal hospital and they tested her as leukemia negative. I feel Petsmart never cared about my kitten's well being and I will never go there for anything again.
