I recently visited petsmart to purchase some crickets for my sons reptiles.the worker back there where they were at stopped what she was doing and cut open a shipped box of crickets just for me because the selves were empty. She was very kind in getting just the right size crickets and the amount of crickets I needed and she also knew the exact price on them.

We dropped our two Yorkies at the Petsmart hotel for a 5 day stay and picked them up 2 days early. They slept for the next 2 days and wouldn't eat. Not normal behavior for such a spirited breed! Never bringing them back.

I like shopping at petsmart. Although I do work long hours so I wish on occasion that the store would be open longer.

They help to donate a lot of proceeds to animal rescues and have the right product you need.The in store customer service is the best I have ever seen.

You need to go to Pet Smart and adopt a cat. There is a lonely cat out there that needs you to adopt them.

My dog is like a baby for me. I am glad that here I can find a lot of stuff to entertain him with!

Finally I got my desired cat today and i bought this cat from PetSmart.com. This guys deserve 10/10.

They are the best by far. Never buy online because Jazz loves going in and picking out a new toy. Don't ever change Pet Smart we love u.!

Pretty solid pet grooming service. I bring my little fluffy dog through here for grooming a couple of times a month. Always a pleasure.

Pretty decent pet supplies and grooming here. The prices could be cheaper, but the quality makes up for it.

The other store is not as clean or organized, Petsmart is clean organized and staff is always helpful.

I like coming to Pet smart, the staff are friendly and helpful, the products are numerous, and there is plenty to choose from.

I walked into Minnesota petsmart was by the fish area for awhile now one is here like what the hell either they need more workers or more work on their customer service skills because they lack that very very much probably the last place I'm coming to ever

Our petsmart experience was the worst! High prices, rude cash register dude, and no help! I recommend Soldan's, where the employees help you, care about you and your pet, know their inventory, and are happy you came. We will never set foot in a petsmart, not for ANY reason!
