I received the meds for my dog they charged my card on 8/26 they charged 65.00 then on 8/28 30.92 then 9/3 they charged 21.40 all for 1 month supply of a perscription that costs 60 at the vet 2 times they were supposed to refund me and just keep charging my card Im livid and will be calling in the morning.
An excellent money saver... especially when you have 3 cats. The website is easy to use, products easy to find. When one of my items was out of stock, I was called the next day and I received an email as well. I would like to acknowledge Cristina Flores as the employee on the phone who gave me excellent service.

I recently found PetCare RX online while I was searching for a cheaper alternative for ny dogs annual allergy season meds. Cristina Flores was my sales representative and I cannot say enough about her! She was extremely helpful and patient. This am, I ordered my dogs monthly dog food and saved much $! Our first introduction to your pharmacy was a phone conversation with Tamara. We told her about our rescue dog Henry and his diagnosis with canine cushings disease. Henry was taken from a puppy mill at the age of 8 along with 18 other dachshunds by the state. He was placed in two different shelters for adoption. Henry was adopted once and brought back to the shelter by a family that could not meet his needs. When we met Henry, he was living at his final chance shelter and scheduled to be put to sleep the week we found him. We adopted Henry and he has been a part of our family for the last 4 years. After only a year with us he was diagnosed with canine cushings. Without his meds, he quickly becomes very ill. Our original small pet pharmacy was bought out by a big corporate machine. Needless to say, we lost our connection with anyone who really cared about our Henry and his well being. Due to a disconnect between customer service and the actual pharmacy, our Henry went without his meds for days until our local vet could expedite his script to their office. In the meantime Henry became very ill and suffered with overheating and stress. We were so happy to meet Tamara and PetCareRX. Tamara listened patiently and helped put our worries away. We knew we had found a group of caring professional people who are genuinely concerned about Henry's health and well being. Tamara walked us through the set-up process and helped us find ways to save money on a prescription that is fairly expensive industry wide. On our very first order we knew we found a gem in Tamara. She was able to problem solve a quick delivery to our home here in Maine and followed up with us on Henry's script. Tamara is absolutely a patient, caring professional who sets the standard for what customer service should be. You should give her a raise and use her calls to train your agents. Thank you Tamara. You made a real difference in our lives.

I recently ordered a prescription refill for my puggle from PetCareRx.com. Today I received a phone call from Cristina F. Informing me that my order has shipped. She also wanted to offer me a membership in PetPlus. She explained the benefits of membership, including wholesale prices and free shipping on all orders, and said she could offer me a membership for half the usual cost. She answered all my questions quickly and professionally... it was a pleasure talking with her. Of course I accepted her offer and Cristina promptly followed up with an email confirming my membership in PetPlus. It's such a pleasure dealing with customer service as proficient as this. Cristina is a definite asset to PetCareRx and deserving of a 5 star review!

I've used PetCareRx for 3 orders so far and have had no complaints. My dog had to switch to a more expensive medication and suddenly the Pet Plus made a lot more sense, and it wasn't bad to get the first year for half off. The customer service rep I've dealt with, Andrew, has been super pleasant and extremely quick to respond to questions. I ordered the expensive meds right before I bought the Pet Plus and he even partially refunded my order so I could get the wholesale price after the fact. I do see there are some very negative reviews, but thankfully I haven't had issues. All the orders came quicker than I expected and were packaged well. Hopefully the quality continues!

Stephanie was very efficient and helpful; I think prices for Trifexis are affordable. I usually call in the prescription because my vet does not have a fax machine. Petcare Rx has good follow up with orders.

Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!
