I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. I ordered some new rx's today and dealt with Peggie Johnson, who was courteous, friendly and efficient.

Ordered 4 Seresto collars, I have always used seresto and have not had fleas in over 7 years! When I received my order first, it was shipped from Canada I believe, secondly the pkg was not the same photo as in my vets office, thirdly the collar had little spikes sticking out of it, lastly it did not come with the clips Seresto normally comes with! I should have trusted my intuition knowing in the back of my mind these were fakes! Now I have been dealing with fleas for 2 weeks! Then I was charged 270.00 for annual membership which they never even sent a notification of any kind they were charging this! They did however refund the membership but what company after months just takes 270.00 with out some kind of notification stating the amt would be deducted on such and such date! Stay clear of this company! They advertise they are USA based which they are but their products are not!

The Seresto Collars we carry are from the manufacture Bayer and they have recently changed their packaging. Danielle was absolutely terrific. She went out of her way to assist me by calling the vet's
Office to make sure the Rx was approved. The shipment was sent out the following day
And got here in plenty of time. Set up an auto ship for all future medications. Would recommend them over and over.

I am a new customer to PetCareRx and was delighted with the courteous and detailed service delivered during the telephone conversation on 11/11/2019 with Andrew. My order was placed online Sunday, 11/10/2019, for my adorable little girl, 12 year old, Pomeranian, and I received a call Monday, 11/11/2019, regarding the status of my order for my baby's medication. I have never used PetCare Rx before now. I ordered medication for one of my 2 dogs because it was cheaper here than at my usual online store. I needed the med quickly and ordered 3 day delivery. Cristina Flores called 4 times to assure I would get the med asap. Even getting approval for overnight delivery with an additional charge of just $5.00!

We are having construction done on our home, but for some reason, USPS will not deliver packages to our home (Although they are happy to continue to deliver mail and no other service has any problems delivering) Well our Pup's Heartworm medicine was at first taken by UPS then handed off to USPS- and you guessed it- they returned to sender. Andrew was fantastic in helping me get a refund for my old order and placing a new one. It was not their fault at all but the customer service I received was beyond helpful and efficient. We have been using PetCare for our heartworm meds for almost a year and have not regretted it! We have saved so much on their prescriptions (And with 3 dogs that adds up!) I have only had great experiences with them, and would suggest to all my friends and family.

Placed an order for Dasoquin and the next day received a call from Andrew Singer with delivery details. He brought PetsPlus to my attention, and I did due diligence and compared my Petco Repeat Delivery pricing against PetsPlus; good savings immediately! Now I will see how the delivery service performs and post again.

Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!

Answer: It's trustworthy, a prescription is needed, but dealing with medications taking forever to ship, or having some type of issue with refills has been a continued problem. That is the most frustrating thing about this company.
