TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered 4 sweaters back in mid October. It took 3 weeks to arrive at my doorstep. I only received 2 of them (no slip inside stating that 2 items would be shipped later). One sweater fit my 19yr old daughter but it was extremely scratchy. It had gold stripes, but the picture looked like white stripes. The other sweater was tagged as an adult small but looked the size of a child small. Looked like it had shrunk in the dryer. It's a color block sweater and the different colors are attached with black yarn. Not at all like the picture! I attempted to email them last week but have had absolutely no response. I am now out $100. Wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering! Clearly this company is a scam!

There is a reason their return policy isn't openly listed on their website. Most online and brick and mortar retailers will accept refunds for any number of reasons. Not Petal Prim. I ordered a pair of knitted pants that, according to the size chart on their website, were over 37" long. On the model in the picture, they come down well past her ankles. I have long legs - 36" - so I thought, great, some cute winter knitted pants that will actually be long enough for me. Ah, no. When I got them, the inseam measured a little over 26" and were capri length on me. Who wants capris in the winter? When I tried to return them, they tried to tell me it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. When I took pictures showing them the measurement as well as their model's picture, they told me the length measurement was from the waistband, not the inseam. First, what model has 26" legs? And who measures pant length from the waistband? No where is that mentioned on their size chart. They continued to give me grief and told me that the shipping back to China is more than the return cost of the pants, so they wouldn't accept the return. So it really doesn't matter why you want to return something, they won't accept it because their flawed business model puts them in the red with every return. And what you see is definitely NOT what you get. Don't waste your money here.

It's a fake business

There is no phone number, no address, and there email address doesn't get you anywhere. From what I read there out of Korea. I make a purchase a week ago and today I received a message saying the clothes I ordered was out of stocked. You have no way of contacting them. You can send a thousand emails and no response. I just wished I had of checked this out first.

SCAM

This company is a scam,. I ordered this jacket and it is made of cheap, thin, used material. I have sent five emails requesting to return, and only received one back that said perhaps I wouldn't be happy with anything. They offered me $3 off if I wold keep it, and I declined saying I would never wear it, nor would I give as a gift due to the poor quality. I have sent 4 emails requesting a return and have heard nothing back. Don't waste your money on anything from this company - you will never be able to return it, and will have to deal with your bank to hopefully reverse the charges.

I hope these sweaters are as nice as they look because if not I will return them and hopefully my refund doesn't take over a month to receive as it has been to get the products. The tracking number doesn't tell you anything and while they say the email is in the US I can assure the products are not. I'm very disappointed in the service and I hope the sweaters change my mind and I hope to receive them before summer.

The Worst!

I received the order after a month. It was missing one item. The pants in the order look like they are made for children. I ordered M and L thinking that if its coming from China the sizes would be a little small. Well, a 10 year old might fit in the large and the medium would fit a small 7 year old. The top I ordered was made of really nasty thin T-shirt material and it was advertised as a sweater. The color and style were nothing like the photo.
I hope you are cleaver enough to check the reviews before ordering, I wasn't and I regret it.

Fraudulent company

I ordered from them many weeks ago, no email other than 1 to say they received my order. I sent them an email 2-3 weeks ago and all they said was we see your order and please give us another 7 days. ( that was 2-3 weeks ago) I still don't have my order. I called my credit card company and reported the fraud. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER GET YOUR MERCHANDISE, BUT, THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!

I believe their website is a spam site. I ordered 4 things and only received one. I ordered on October 13th and they keep telling me it's on the way. It's been over a month and I still don't have my items. I would like a refund for the items I did not receive. Glad I ordered through PayPal so we will see if I can get my money back.

Don't Buy

I purchased 4 items, received email my items had been shipped. Only received 1 item in package. Out $102 and the one item is of poor quality and was originally shipped out of China to Chino CA and then shipped to my home. Do not purchase from them it is a waste of money. Just foreigners living in US and then having their family ship to US. Scam Scam. I have requested to find out where my items are and no response, says will get back within 24 hours. Ok been longer and nothing. Filed complaint with BBB of Florida.

Horrible Quality the sweater was nothing like the picture! The seams on the sleeves were black material n was sewn with white thread that looks awful! And it took 5 weeks to get 1 item! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! SCAMMERS! And they r Not located in the USA

Full Order Did Not Arrive

Stay away - SCAM ARTISTS - Ordered a few items - sat waiting forever, sent emails asking where my order was. They don't answer- Today I got the Fedex package with the provided tracking number - Missing 2/3 of the order. 2 items out of 6, and 1 was the wrong size. GARBAGE WEBSITE

I sure wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase with this company... and I use the term "company" loosely. What they are is a fraud. I made an Order and didn't receive half the order. No packing or return slip included. Didn't receive the coat I ordered which was needed the most. No reply to numerous emails I've sent. Customer service email has changed. No phone number to call. Don't be fooled and lose your money like I have. Especially if you're like me and truly couldn't afford to lose $50. It's so cold here. Wind chill below freezing this morning and I have NO winter coat. I don't know how I'm going to work outside today. TOTAL RIPOFF. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars, I WOULD. I also plan to report them to BBB.

No order updates...

I placed my order 10 days ago and haven't had an update since. When I check on the order, all it says was it was confirmed. I emailed them to ask what the status is, but haven't heard back. I'm hoping this place isn't a scam because the sweaters I ordered look super cute. I'll be patient a little longer and hope this place is legit, but if I don't hear anything in 4 days - then I'm going to consider my $75 gone forever because 2 weeks seems pretty ridiculous to have to wait for order info.

Still waiting

I placed an order Nov 1 and received a sipping confirmation nov 7th its nov 10th still no sweaters the fed tracking # just shows label created in New Jersey. I have emailed them multiple times and no one responds. I am starting to think they are a scam

I placed an order on 10/28, and it is now 11/9. My order was confirmed, received an email on 11/4 my order shipped with a FedEx tracking number. Checked the tracking number and it is showing it still has not even been shipped from New Jersey. Don't order anything if you have a reasonable expectation of receiving your order in a timely manner and at this point I'm not sure I will be receiving it at all. Not a happy shopper.

The Return/exchange process is ridiculous. I buy a lot of things online and the back-and-forth that you have to do to deal with these people is in sane. In fact it sounds a lot like another company I dealt with earlier this year which had a different name... I'm thinking it's the same people. All from a China of course... basically the same exact wording and bad grammar... and the same level of difficulty in their emails to you regarding how you should have checked their sizing guidelines, etc. See picture below.

Bottom line: STAY AWAY if you aren't sure of sizing, cut, or fabric because you won't be able to return it if they can in any way claim that it's "your fault" that you received a product you can't wear.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered seven items received one that arrived with a hole in the sleeve. Billed me for all items fighting for my credit that I still have not received. I still have not received a replacement sweater for the defective one or a credit. They have gone crickets on me not responding to my emails. You can't speak with a real person. Trust me STAY AWAY.

Do not order anything!

Placed an order in October, now their phone number is gone from the website! If I don't get a response to the 50 emails I've sent I'm calling the bank and canceling the charges!
