I ordered 3 shirts/sweaters totaling a little over $80.00. Very Very disappointed in the product quality. The website states a small has a bust line of 37 inches. One of the sweaters has a 40 inch bust line. There are not tags sown in the shirts to even know what size or who makes them. One sweater looks like it was crocheted by my grandmother and appears to have been washed several times because the color is so faded. While one shirt is WAY to large one of them is way to small. One of the shirts looks like someone ironed it and scorched the material. Now that I am inquiring about getting a refund they are requiring me to send pictures and measurements with is totally unacceptable. Do not order from this company. Oh, and I have only received 2 of the 3 shirts that I paid for and it has been 4 weeks. Below is a picture from their website and the other is a picture of what I received. The sweater is as long as it is wide.

I bought 4 sweaters from Petal Prim thinking it was a legit company with address in Florida. First sweater came 16 days after order. Poor quality, cheap material, did not look like picture on website. I sent email wanting refund with no response. The other 3 sweaters came 5 weeks after original order. Also poor quality, boxy shaped sweaters. I'll try to return, however the shipping cost back to China will probably cost more than order.

The pants are not the sizes they state. Some are very small while others are grossly large. Material is Miscut, poorly sewn, some not even a sewn edge so it runs (a raw cut), see through material, and they grossly misrepresent what they show on site. No free returns as they will not give you their Chonas address to honor their free return nor will the exchange or credit you. They offer you $3 for your $60 loss. And say to gift the item that won't work. Not worth the 75 email exchange to get to $33 for over $60 paid. And unwearable items you can't even give to Goodwill. Terrible customer service you can only email.

I bought some beige "sweater pants". Should have known better than to purchase from a site like this. The pants that arrived were cheap polyester, completely see-through, and stark white! I contacted the company who seemed to care and asked me to send photos. Then they offered me a $5 credit because "shipping back to China is expensive" and this was after I was explicitly told all items are manufactured and shipped from the US. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

#BUYERBEWARE I recently bought some sweaters from PetalPrim.com from a FB ad and they sent me completely different items that were poorly made,

I sent the items back to the return address on the box and asked for a refund. Over the next few weeks, the company asked me for pictures of the product, shipping label and proof of delivery, all of which I sent to them. After all that, they refuse to refund me because I did not return the product to their China factory.

Do not buy from PetalPrim. Their products are cheaply made, they use bait and switch tactics and they do not refund.

Cheap product and terrible business practice that does not refund even if THEY made the mistake:

1. They sent me 3 items I did not order. Instead of refunding me the $30 for the pants I never received they sent me multiple emails offering me between a $5 and $10 refund.
2. The quality of the 3 items they sent me is really poor. The "wool" is that 1980s el cheapo plastic feeling fiber that has no shape and looks like you just picked it up out of a thrift shop

I almost fell for it but I alway go back to online a do research. As a consumer it's your responsibility. You complainers probably play those boring games on your phone developed by people you don't know and then you make them rich by clicking on the fake ads while you're all playing those dumb games on your mobile phones. Go to actual stores and help your local economy. Everyone is so stuck on their phone. That's what you get for not digging deeper before buying. Anything coming from Korea is bound to take a month to arrive so by then the 30 day return is up. Too funny! I go to TJ max or target and order online from reputable companies like Macy's or Nordstrom and Amazon. EBay right! Buy from them and you might get a fake. Never from online click ads. Don't you guys read the news! I thankfully found this thread before even going to their fake store. Lmfao

I purchased 2 sweaters, received them, total crap! The sweaters were $25.00 each and the material is so horrible, and the seams are super thick and they used white thread, which you can see on the black part of the sweater. Their customer service is horrendous as I have been asking for a return address since the day after I got the package. I told them I do not like the sweaters, they are insisting I send a picture of the sweaters. I said, I don't like them, why do you need a picture? The reason I want to return them is that they are cheap looking and I don't like them! This has been going on, every day, for 3 weeks. Now I am going to my credit card and doing a charge back. DO NOT BUY FROM PETAL PRIM i HAD TO GIVE THEM A STAR IN ORDER TO POST THIS...

Yes it took a long long time to get but, I was ok with that, if the stuff I ordered was quality. I got two shirts the same size yet one fits and the other doesn't. One very cheaply made sweater that was 25 bucks is not so nice and the one I really wanted was not in the bag with the other 3. $80 bucks for 3 out of 4 sweaters that I could have bought at walmart for 8.99.

Live and learn. I saw them on Facebook and I have bought stuff on FB before and been happy with the purchase. So the next time the ad comes up I will be! To tell people to come to this site before they waste their money. I spent 80 bucks! Worth about 19 for the 3 I actually received
