We recently purchased 3 items from Petal Prim. My wife is very happy with 2 of the 3 items received, and if it were not for the horrible customer service on the 3rd item this would be a five star review. The 3rd item was suppose to be a medium and according to the size chart should have been 40" around the bust line. The item is in reality 48" around the Bust. According to their website this should have been adequate reason for return or exchange. However they consider this well with the the normal acceptable difference. Their reason for not giving a full refund is that it is "The shipping fee to china will be around $35-45.Our warehouse which is set for receiving returning parcels is in china. This is not cost-effective. Transport time is long and easy to lose." Instead they have offered us $5, which has now gone up to $8 as compensation. 1/3 the cost we paid of $24.12. On top of all of this the communication has been spotty, contain standardized "canned" responses to complains and most of it has been very broken English.

I ordered some sweaters from PetalPrim after it popped up as an ad for Candy Crush. When I received the sweaters they were very low quality, misshapen, and one of the sweaters would have fit a 10-year old. When I contacted the company they asked me several questions, asked me to send them pictures of the sweaters, which I did, and then said it was too expensive to return the items to China. I knew I would have to pay for the return but they refused to allow me to return the substandard products. I would never order from this company again or from China.

Received terrible quality sweaters. They changed return policy AFTER i placed the order. What was supposed to be "friendly customer service" turned into a total run around of requirements to send pictures ending in them offering a $5 account credit for $75 of order because they are in CHINA and it would be too expensive to return the items! STAY AWAY! I wish I would have read this first. Please contact the BBB and help put them out of business!

I ordered the the sweater and shirt below. The shirt is the cheapest material I've ever seen ANYWHERE! There are no labels on the shirts to tell you what size they are or who they are made by. Generic! The tie in the front was thrown in the bag, not attached. The grey sweater, I fell in love with by the pictures. It's cheap and looks like they put in on an elephant and then sent it to me. The customer service (email only) does not do refunds.

After waiting 28 days for an order I placed online, I finally got the sweaters. Much to my disappointment, the sizing was not consistent with their online size chart and they did not fit. In addition, the material of both sweaters was so thin and cheap, they were see-through. When I contacted the company for return information, I was informed returns ship to China and would
Cost me 5.oo less than my return amount. The company offered me 5.00 for my troubles. I was astounded that they do not tell u returns ship all the way to China ( so basically you won't be able to get your money back of you do not like the product).

I bought three sweaters. One was great, the other two were cheaply made and thin material. I requested multiple times for an address to return the items for a refund of approximately $56. After receiving three replies asking for pictures of the items ( I supplied each time), Pretal Prim then wrote that I would have to ship to China which they stated is very expensive, would cost about $35 and items get dirty or lost along the long journey (WHAT?). They went on to say it would take at least a month to get a refund if they ever received the item. They suggested I take the $7 and give the items to charity. Shame on me-I should have known better than to order

I have never experienced the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life. I needed to EXCHANGE A pair of fleece pants that were too big. I asked for a smaller size. This so-called company, sent me at least eight emails requesting different types of measurements and send pictures of the pants not fitting me plus pictures of me measuring myself, and several more types of pictures before they would "offer a reasonable solution." In the emails they sent, they did not even know how to spell or put their reasoning in context. I explained to them that I am disabled and unable to send pictures. They told me without pictures, they would not EXCHANGE my pants! I was only requesting an exchange, not asking for my money back. I believe this company is buying other merchants clothing and reselling it as I found several shops selling the same clothing and actually using the same models showing the clothing. There was no labels in the pants at all! DO NOT purchase anything from this company! They are unreasonable, unprofessional, and ignorant!

I ordered, I received half my shipment after 3 weeks, I'm still waiting for 3 sweaters I didn't get. I've emailed numerous times.
The quality of the items I did receive is absolutely awful, I can't agree more that you could get better quality at a dollar store!
Additionally like everyone else has said that I read after the fact, my bad, the sweaters don't look anything like the pictures you see online, what you see as a fuzzy oversized sweater comes in as threadbare piece of garbage for the price.
Worst experience do NOT order from this website.

I recieved my order from petalprim. The sweaters were poorly made with irregular sizing and no tags in the sweaters. I ordered two of the same sweaters in the same size but different colors. What I recieved was two sweaters of different materials and different sizes. The company tried to blame me for ordering the wrong size. I asked to return them. I still haven't recieved an address to mail them back. The company made me take pictures of the shirts with a tape measure to prove the different sizing. This is so unprofessional you should be able to return the awful merchandise. They offered me 23 dollars on a 110 dollar order of useless sweaters. They also told me that there is a chance the sweaters may get lost if I returned them and then I would not get any refund. They are bullying me. This is ridiculous. I notified my credit card company any I hope this matter gets resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS ALL A SCAM WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do NOT buy from Petal Prim! Extremely cheap clothing, they took over 3 months to deliver my order and nothing was right! Either they sent the wrong item, the size was wrong, or the items didn't resemble what I actually ordered! Very bad quality! From China, and horrible customer service as well! They are very rude. They ignore and negate everything. After ordering they said multiple items were out of stock. They don't respond. This business should be shut down! I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered! Just aweful.

This is my first review EVER! Do not order their clothes this company needs to be closed down. I received the cute black leisure suit that looked great on the model, after four weeks. As all the other reviews have said The quality is terrible it doesn't look anything like it was advertised. I will donate those clothes to charity. At least that's some good came out of this. All I can say is do waste your money or give them any business.
