Not really much to say cheap, when I need something ik they have I buy and it arrives fast
I placed an order for an item, that they took the payment out for. The item did not ship, nor did PerPay respond to ANY of my requests, email AND support on their homepage, regarding the missing item. I called their only number available, and the rep said that an agent would be available on the weekend to assist. The weekend came and went, with zero assistance. They blatantly lied. They did not provide any shipping or tracking information on the missing item, but they did take money out of my account for the item. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Fast, easy and hassle free. My cookware set is excellent. Payments come directly out of my paycheck so I never have to worry about being late.
This app has made shopping so easy and convenient for me. I love it.
Everything is ok but you guys need to have a customer service line and I don't like how my account randomly goes under review

Good experience and love to shop with Perpay and great product that last for a long time
Ordered several things from Perpay and can honestly say the process has been easy and streamlined. The only thing I can say about it is, I ordered a record player for my son and the box was not secured and the power cord was not there. I am hoping they will correct this when I contact them. Also, I have ordered several items and they have been good, if I have paid on time AND paid them off, should I not qualify for rapid shipping? I believe so. Overall the experience has been good.

With three teenage boys, birthdays and holidays get very expensive. I can always count on perpay to be there when you have pretty high priced items to purchase!

I've been shopping with perpay for over a year, it's flexible payment plan is amazing & it helps build credit. I have referred perpay to several friends and family because It has quality products & reasonable prices!
I ordered and received the wrong item. The only thing that was irritating about this issue was getting contacted back after letting them know the problem. Once they actually contacted me it went pretty quick. They sent me the return shipping label and got my right item shipped out. This company is great and has great products. I just think they need a better/faster contact system.
Great concept, but annoying process. I use them a lot because of the convenience of just having the money come out of my check, but I feel like every other order gets delayed because you need to resubmit an updated paycheck. I understand maybe 1 or 2 times a year, but it's literally multiple times a year. It's super annoying and frustrating.

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
