I've ordered from per pay several times spending a good amount of money. It helps with your credit and allow you to enjoy things you want with just having a job. Even though they won't approve me for the credit card( I never missed a payment with per pay on several orders) they are awesome

This was supposed to be a great way to build my credit and I have never even activated this card and it's already charged 120 from my personal bank account, it also cost 35 dollars for them to send you the card which never is anything of this explained to you anywhere! Also it says you can withdraw the money you've overpaid at any time well I've overpaid over a hundred dollars and nowhere on the app or the website is there a choice to withdraw the money this is the worst experience I've had. Tried to contact customer service to get my money back and cancel the account and the fake automated customer service just keeps sending me the same message saying thank you for your message please leave a review this is so frustrating and I'm actually losing out on money and patience and seems like a scam I can't get a hold of a real human

I love my experience although I've notice that some of the items are so expensive and u go to Walmart or bestbuy it's like two or three hundred less but I use it for convenience.

Since I have started with your company, My credit rating is Soaring. I know i started small a simple toaster and ice machine. But as my credit started to climb, More things became available too my budget. I have enjoyed everything i have purchased minus the 1 thing i did not get warranty for lol the toaster. The program doesn't really benefit you because they're too busy taking fees from the funds that you put on the card. In addition they make their own rules as they go when you make a complaint no one helps you but they continue to support the rules that they have in place is very upsetting to be with a company that can change things at the blink of an eye if you're here to help then why not help looks like you hit a harm because you're constantly belittling my credit With your updates but when you're causing the problem by adding all all these intensive fine fees, I explained you that my mom passed away and then I was having trouble keeping up with the payments. There should've been something in place to help in that way, but no instead of you're ripping my credit apart because of your decision too.

Well, I was in looking for a new TV because I've always had a smaller one and came across per pay and it was convenient and I got the shipment in no time and I love the product

Bad customer service even though you pay on time they don't even care, I been trying to purchase and contact customer service by email and I don't get results, products are ok but customer service is awful, as soon as I finish my payments I would delete the app at this point is useless

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
