Great customer service process and availability of Classico products
I purchased a bottle of Creed for $452.00 and it wasn't a good quality of cologne. I didn't open it for a month because I still had a small amount in my other bottle so I called and they wouldn't return it because of 30 days had past. I have purchased several bottles in the past but I will never get another bottle from here.
While I appreciate the fact that the scents are spot on with the Department store brands and they seem to react with my body chemistry the same, the strength seems to fall off earlier in the day.
The website was easy to browse and the ordering process was quick and simple. They had lots of perfume to choose from and the best part was, they had my favorite perfume, Navy for Women. I haven't been able to find it in stores in years! Shipping time was quick and I was back smelling like my old self in less than a week.
Online is simple and convienient. So much faster and easier to just log in and order what I want. Have always had my scents in stock and I get them within 5 days. When I'm about ready to run out of my scents, I know I can go online and order more and will have them by the time my others are gone.
