I recently made a purchase at this store! 7pieces and only received 6.and the expensive one, that was a gift set, is the one I dint receive.the customer service who told me will contact me back after the disappointment never followed through. I just need to warn anyone, purchasing from this store, they cannot be trusted 100%

They manipulated my credit card information to process a canceled order. The order has been returned and they still keep my money. Since their actions used postal service they are guilty of federal charges.

Really impressed by the quick response when I requested a return. The item I received was not the exact item I ordered (was a slightly different scent from the same product line) and I received the return authorization immediately. I ended up keeping the item because it was still a very nice scent so I canceled the return and let them know how much I appreciated the excellent customer service. The prices are great compared to the department store prices. I will buy from perfume.com again.

I purchased from here for the first time. I will say the shipping was pretty quick but I ordered Replica Bubble bath and it literally has like no scent. I don't know if this was a old used bottle but u can't even smell it. I love this perfume but this was a waste of money and it's not cheap
