Easy to use. The products that I received were authentic. I have been wearing the Norrell fragrance by 5 Star for 40 years. My purchase was exactly the same fragrance, and packaging. Delivery time was 5 days from initial online order, and packaged perfectly.

And i am not expecting that the smell of the perfume is just like detergent soap. I am very much disappointed and frustrated. I am not expecting this from your store. Package tracking told me insufficient address and was returning to sender. I had to call my local post office for them to put on hold for pickup. Once I received my package I noticed Perfume.com only printed my first name, house number and city. Not at all allowing possible delivery with that info. Caused a lot of fun around/phone calls on my end which was very frustrating.

However, I find that the shipping rates are increasing, and free shipping is only for orders over $35. I think concessions on shipping rates should be made for regular customers.
