Easy to use. The products that I received were authentic. I have been wearing the Norrell fragrance by 5 Star for 40 years. My purchase was exactly the same fragrance, and packaging. Delivery time was 5 days from initial online order, and packaged perfectly.

It took weeks before i received the item. It's ok to wait because i am excited to have this scent I am longing to have since the 90's and its justifiable delay because of the covid19. The one not acceptable to me is that the box of the cool water is not sealed with plastic which is common to all brand new perfumes. And i am not expecting that the smell of the perfume is just like detergent soap. I am very much disappointed and frustrated. I am not expecting this from your store. Sorry but I will not recommend you to others.

Package tracking told me insufficient address and was returning to sender. I had to call my local post office for them to put on hold for pickup. Once I received my package I noticed Perfume.com only printed my first name, house number and city. Not at all allowing possible delivery with that info. Caused a lot of fun around/phone calls on my end which was very frustrating.

I have been ordering from perfume.com regularly. The site has some perfumes that are not easily available. I am very satifsfied with the service. However, I find that the shipping rates are increasing, and free shipping is only for orders over $35. I think concessions on shipping rates should be made for regular customers.
