Smooth check out. Alyssa Ashley is one of my favorites since 1980. I miss this so I tried ordering one for everyday use. Will be ordering more favorite scents soon!

Mostly I have excellent experience with this company. However I received a product that had no fragrance at all. Some of them have a good fragrance but within an hour or two its gone.

Have the perfumes I really like and use and especially the prices compared to major stores.

I ordered some really nice perfumes one for me and one for my daughter. She's finally getting into fragrances. So I hurried and found what she was looking for and bought it. Cost $ 149.?. Paid with my credit card every thing was good even though it was expensive I did my homework it was was a great deal. I never received my order! So I reached out to customer care they said first I never placed an order with them. He told me he would email me back let him check it out. They had to call the carrier co. They said that they sat it outside my door they can never get to my door. My packages go to the mail room. So all this faulty who had it and who didn't but at first nobody sent my package at all. So I'm getting the run around. They won't send my package nor refund my money. I'm a paying customer. I don't know what to think about this I'm at wit's end right now. They need to send me my package/order or refund me back my money. Whatever happened I never got my order from these people why can't they handle business without lying cheating or stealing not to mention they are very rude. Next time I'll use Fragrance.com never had a problem with them and I've been there customer for years. Thought I was getting a better deal and look who I run into. Pathetic.! I'm hella
