I bought 4 items for $125 total. The order did not appear to go through, so I started again and the order went through. A few days later I realized they had processed two identical orders - charged me for both and shipped both. These were identical orders which were entered within a few minutes of each other. I qualified for free shipping for both orders. I contacted the company and they said I could return the second order by downloading a return slip. They also acknowledged that they knew I had not meant to submit two identical orders.
I shipped the duplicate order back on June 25th. On the website it indicated that I would be charged for shipping the items back. I contacted the company and they said that, yes, I would be charged for the shipping.
By The end of August I still had not received a refund. I tried to track the package, but the carrier had no information.
After threatening the company that I would have my card company reverse the charges if I did not receive the refund soon, they finally tracked the package down and sent me a refund. However, they charged me over 40$ for shipping a small box which weighed about 1 pound.
I used to really like this company and I've bought a lot of perfume from them. But I won't be dealing with them again due to the way I was treated and due to their shady practices.
