I was looking to purchase a perfume, Ajmal Shadow, which I used around 8 years ago. Based on the reviews, I decided to buy from perfume.com. Upon searching the website, I found two products with the same name. Since I couldn't remember the packaging from back then, I read the descriptions of both products to figure out which one was the right one. One of the descriptions mentioned that the product was produced in 2020. Since I used the perfume before that, I decided to buy the other one, which didn't have a launch date. However, when I received the order, I realized that the fragrance was not the same as the one I used before. I searched the web and found out that the one I was actually looking for was the one with the launch date of 2020 on the perfume.com website. This was their mistake, as the actual production date for that product was 2008, which made me choose the wrong one. I immediately contacted customer service to explain the situation, but they said that they do not guarantee the information on the website, and they could only provide a return slip. However, they mentioned that the tax and shipping fees were not refundable. Even though it was their mistake, they didn't accept their fault. Overall, I would not recommend this website, and I would advise not to trust the information provided on the website since they do not guarantee its accuracy.

I purchased perfume for my daughter for Christmas. I didn't open the sealed perfume box since it was a gift. As it turns out, it was barely 1/3 full when she opened it. They would not take it back or replace it because it was after 30 days. I don't know about most people, but I don't open the actual gift to make sure it's completely full. I expect it to be and that whoever packaged it to send would have strict QC policies. I guess you get what you pay for...literally.
