The perfume wasn't authentic. I attempted to reach someone with no success. The pricing was high considering the perfume was a knock off once I received it. This is my personal opinion and my experience
Did not receive my order and tried to call for some assistance, nobody answered, i was waiting on line for 20-30 minutes to no avail, i even email them, if I could give zero stars I would. Beware, the worst decision i made is to buy from this company
I made an order on May 12 and I still have not received my order is there something going on with the shipment?
Tried calling them 3 times and all I got was lousy music. I was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. There was no one to say how long your wait time was, just terrible music. I tried to email and they wanted access to my phone. Why? I did not care for the experience. I am not recommending that no purchase from them. They need to deal with the customer in a timely manner. They could had ask me to leave my number and get back to me.

I bought 2 perfumes one the Can Can de Paris Hilton and Pink Sugar, but I was not really satisfied because the Pink sugar did not have the smell of the original, I thought they sold originals. I don't like
I ordered over $400 worth of perfume and cologne from perfume.com. I received three bottle but I never received the other $362 worth of perfume and cologne from Perfume.com. I have called and they will not answer the phone. I also called FedEx and they will not answer the phone or respond to my voice messages. I will never do business with them again I am in the process of filing a claim with Better Business Bureau.
Pulled out of box, liquid was BROWN! Does perfume.com think we're stupid? I smelled it, and sprayed it on wrists, further verifying it's a FAKE, yet charged full price!

My daughter bought me this for Mothers day I got it early lol) I absolutely love this perfume.its so fresh and clean smelling which I absolutely love. I've gotten tons of compliments in the shirt time I've had it... I'm am definitely getting it again. It also wears well with a lasting scent all day into the evening. You wont be disappointed!

Unless your cheap and like fake products it will be a good website but this website is a fraud! They lie and say they sell authentic products and they don't! I just bought on 4/26/2020 two perfumes: Marc Jacobs Decadence and Jessica Simpson Fancy Love and they are both fake! How I know? I had both of these before from MACYS and the top to Marc Jacobs is not magnetic as it should be and both scents are weak and fade away in 5 minutes. That's not real authentic products! The packaging and bottles look Authentic but the smell showed me it's fake and not having a magnetic top showed me it's FAKE!
If you pay for the subscription, there is a good chance you may never get your perfume of the month. I paid about 3 weeks ago and customer service has not shipped a product, refunded me, or even given me proper responses. I have included photos below where they said my product would be shipped soon over 2 weeks ago. BEWARE!
I was so happy with this site. Customer service was within five minutes wait time very friendly and helpful. Fast shipping especially for this crisis.(2020). I am beyond in love with my Swiss Arabian perfume oil. It is so rich and beautiful. And the bottle is Arabian princess perfection so very beautiful. For your prices this was fantastic. This has been the most frustrating Customer experience I have ever had. I ordered 2 perfumes (>100USD) from the site early March and I was told a tracking number would be sent to me. I waited over a week to allow for delays and wrote to ask. Then a tracking number was sent which showed the item was delivered to my private box. No one in our household ever saw that package. Numerous emails later, I still havent seen my order or a replacement.
I have tried several of your perfumes and they don't seem to last as long as the original scents for some reason. Are you getting leftovers from the original company's and maybe that's why the scent doesn't last as long? I almost ordered a bottle of Estee Lauder youth Dew today to try them again but I can get it cheaper from Zulily. I don't think you will post this you should! You want to be honest and forthcoming with us. I'm not saying I will not order from you again but if I can get it a lot cheaper somewhere else I'm going to.
I received my order today! I have looked for many many years for Cabotine. My blessed Mother in law gave me a bottle so many years ago and I have looked to replace it. Thank you so much. It took me to a happier time tn my life. I will be ordering another soon so I will never run out again.

This perfume does not have any fragrance. Have previously bought this same fragrance at a retail store. Very disappointed...
