Ordered a bottle of Al Haramain oud Amber rouge, my issue was that it doesn't have a smell at all, it was oily to the skin. I have people in the house saying the same thing. I tried calling their customer service no answer, emailed. Didn't hear anything from them.

I make a purchase from the website after 7 days my purchase get back to them apparently my address have a mistake. They says they will make a refunds and after 22 days no refunds. I attempted to reach someone with no success. Send several email but no one contact me but they contact me for advertising. IS A NO A NO for purchase.
