The delivery time was about a week, but it was right around Christmas, so I'm sure that slowed things down. My only concern is that the Stella perfume I purchased is in a box marked "Tester-Not for sale". I opened it and the bottle is full and appears new and unused, but it's a gift and I think it looks kind of sketchy or like a knock off! Im hoping it's the real Stella!

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago for a perfume to be given as a Christmas gift.
I have never recieved my order. I checked the package tracking page that states the package never left
Hauppauge, NY *******. (Which is where they are supposedly located).
I have tried to call them 3 separate times and told by recording that there is no one there to take my call.
I have emailed them numerous times. No one will reply to my emails.
Extremely disappointed! I read their many positive ratings, they must be a "SCAM" also.
