I love the pricing and the fact it arrived so quickly. Best online service I received

I ordered the 17th and received product the 28th. I now need to ship it to England so my daughter can get it. 11 day delivery not acceptable when it was promised by Christmas.

The shipping process was a mess. I don't know why the package was zigzagged back and forth. I placed the order on the 16DEC2020 and was assured it would arrive before Christmas. It did not!

Thank you I am a very customer. My items were quickly shipped in perfect condition.

Great service! Originally ordered from another perfume website with the promise of my order being delivered by the 24th of December. Checked site and it was not even being processed. Called and told it was in warehouse POSSIBLY being pulled. Then I found perfume.com. Decided to try this site. Ordered same items (was a little more expensive) with a delivery date of the 24th of December. Remind you, I had already used a day messing with the other company, so now it is the 23rd of December. Paid the extra for 1-2 day shipping. But Perfume.com came through. I received my order the very next day! This will now be my go to perfume site.

The Perfume bottles were wrapped so pretty and nicely like when you buy them at Macy's or Nordstrom's.

I am so disappointed with perfume.com I ordered perfume as a Christmas gift long before Christmas Day and till today I have yet to receive it. And their site makes it so difficult to contact and get help on the order. As an instagram influencer I will be sure to let my followers know never to buy anything from here. Disappointing!

You need to add a notation confirming acceptance of the new credit card after the necessary info is submitted and should be done on the same page as the credit card processing info.

I was hoping it would come in the original box but it didn't and also it did not have the top that was in the description. When I travel I want to spray extra or break the top was a little disappointed about that.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Says it was in stock. Estimated deliver 12/19, here it is 12/25 (Merry Xmas). Still not delivered.

They advertise delivery within 4-9 business days. What a joke! When sending a enquiry a response saying they will answer with 1 day another joke. I now have no Christmas gift for my daughter. Will never buy again from this site.
