I was pleased to find the perfume I was looking for that my Grandmother loves for her birthday. Estimated shipping times put the products in my hands well before I needed them, and I expected some delays due to closures around the holidays, but almost didn't receive my order on time due to the fact that my shipping label was printed, but it took many days before the post office received the package. In the end, I got the order about 3 hours before I needed it, and it all worked out, so overall am very happy. Products arrived and were exactly as expected and well packaged.

Very slow shipping and even though I Paid for Wrapping Service (about $4) the Dolce & Gabbana perfume was presented in a brown cloth bag.
We needed a last minute gift and have always bought it (a particular perfume we get every year for my MIL) from Walmart. Unfortunately, when we went to order it this year, it had a 2-3 week waiting period with no option for overnight/rush delivery. We tried Amazon, and it was the same result with the delivery date. We came across Perfume.com and it had exactly what we needed. We did pay for faster shipping, but it wasn't horribly expensive (& frankly it was our fault for procrastinating and then needing it so fast). Delivery was on the date I was promised from the start and packaging was perfect to protect the glass bottle during transport. Will definitely start ordering from this company vs. one of the big name companies I've always turned to in the past. Thank you!

Ordered 2 mens fragrances 17th Dec and no reply to email I sent. Finally arrived on 31st Dec. The packaging smelt strongly of one of them and when opened the John Paul Gautier one was at least an inch from the top of the bottle.
Very expensive. Poor customer service and product not full.

My package was bounced all over the country and when received as a Christmas gift the box was EMPTY, multiple attempts to contact by phone NEVER was able to talk to a person sat on hold total over 2 hours, emailed multiple times never a response, but they have no issue taking your money and sending an empty box
