The one time my item was damaged during transit, they immediately sent me a knew bottle completely free of charge. Great costumer service.

The product was not quite what I was looking for, so I emailed requesting information to return it. I received a ticket number, but no one has reached out. I have emailed at least two other times and called the customer service line to only be on hold for over 10 minutes without being able to talk to a single person. I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible to give me instructions for return and to confirm I will get a full refund. The experience was great until I needed help, so you can be sure I will not even consider buying a different product through this website.
