Although my favorite perfume was out of stock, I still got 2 of my other favorites! And they were delivered fast.
Received as a gift a empty bottle of men's cologne. Emailed customer service. After two attempts to resolve NOTHING was done - a new bottle of cologne was not sent out. I sent a photo with each email. The second response was that was not what was ordered and to send a photo of the correct cologne. WHAT?! That was what you sent! Then received email from another section of Perfume.com asking about the issue. I detailed everything to them and included a photo again. NO RESPONSE! They clearly fo not care I received no perfume and wasn't going to correct the issue either. Could not show proof of purchase as this was a gift! Moral of this story? Don't buy from this place!
