I ordered 2 perfumes. Bright crystal and Happy. They sent two perfumes Noone has ever heard of and wouldn't evensend me my order until I sent the wrong perfume back. This company truly sucks
Ordered online - then paid with paypal - then the order was cancelled. Will not do business with this company going forward. Since i used paypal - my billing and shipping address are all the same - there should be no issue to cancelled my order.
I've ordered from this website twice now and both times I've had issues with receiving my package! In December 2023 I ordered two bottles of perfume from them and this time I never received my package however the tracking history shows my package was delivered in my mailbox which was located at my physical address in Sulphur, OK at the time so after days of never receiving the package I contacted them and they informed me that USPS had noted my package was delivered to my front porch not my mailbox and I was informed no refund would be given nor would a replacement order be shipped so basically it was my loss but they was able to provide me with a picture from USPS however it wasn't a picture of my front porch it was a picture of the neighbors front porch across the street from me so I had to retrieve my package from the neighbors front porch or I could just take a loss because they wasn't willing to make it right! On January 23,2024 I decided to give this website another chance because they had my perfume at a discounted price and according to tracking history my package shipped on January 24,2024 and was delivered to my P O Box on January 26,2024 and todays date is January 30,2024 and I still don't have my package so I contacted them again about this order # and once again I'm informed that they aren't going to send a replacement for my order and they will not do a refund!

I ordered 5 bottles of Joy perfume, and only 2 were shipped. Also the bottles of perfume were not in the original box and the perfume smell different than the real Joy perfume. Despite multiple emails back-and-forth, the company did not admit their mistake, and would not refund my money. Do not waste your time on this company!

Does not matter which brand or which specific fragrance you are looking for, these guys have it! The array is really impressive for authentic perfumes, so they cater to a lot of different tastes and preferences, good to remember these guys when its buying gifts time. Aside from that, the website is really easy to browse and the pricing is absolutely not ridiculous too. This one went in my bookmark a long time ago and a reliable source for gifts and treating myself ever since. The orders are always well packaged and in great condition, so you don't have to worry about nothing.
Please be so careful buying from this website, I looked at the decent TrustPilot reviews and thought it looked legitimate. I purchased a perfume 'Sun, Moon & Stars by Karl Lagerfeld' as a Christmas present, for someone that has had so many bottles of this in the past. The perfume arrived, complete wrong branding, instead of Karl Lagerfeld it had United Colors & Prestige Beauty, the most obvious sign, then the perfume smelt of dirty dish water, we compared with a genuine bottle and it was so obviously a fake, we were shocked. I raised the issue with customer service who told me I could send it back if I paid the cost of sending from the UK to USA, even though they had sent me a fake! They have then repeatedly denied that the perfume is fake, they have gone as far as to change the original image on the website to reflect the branding I received, but failed to change the 'click through' image, luckily I have took a screen recording of this fraudulent behaviour and I have proof of their email trying to deceitfully claim that this was the image on there website all along. There's also countless images online of the real version, so for them to claim that the brand they have on the box is the correct one is mind boggling. I will be reporting this company to trading standards, this is so unsafe for a product that goes onto your skin, especially when customer services and the company are covering their tracks by providing false information, terrible customer service and changing their website to try get around a customer complaint. This is illegal fraudulent behaviour. Please please beware of this company, make sure to take screenshots of what you've ordered including any images to try have a paper trail if you do order, but my advise would be don't order at all, go through reputable sellers that protect your consumer rights and will allow you to return without incurring international costs. I will be reporting this to my credit card company, hopefully they can help me deal with such an awful company. Included pictures of what the original looks like vs the fake they have sent.
