Hice en el mes pasado 4 pedidos de diferentes fragancias, después de pagar los pedidos con tarjeta, a los 10 días me los cancelan ellos por su cuenta, el último que hice fué el día 31 de Marzo, procesando el pedido y hoy día 9 de Abril por cuarta vez me vuelven a cancelar el envío. Te hacen el reembolso del dinero, después de casi 15 días con tú dinero ya pagado. En fin, no volveré a comprar más ni aquí en perfumes.com, ni en fragancex.com puesto que son la misma empresa, por fragancex también me hacen lo mismo. Mandas correos pidiendo que te envíen el pedido y siempre te contestan que han tenido un retraso y hoy mismo se envía y al final como siempre nada, te dicen que se ha cancelado y te harán un reembolso. Un desastre de empresa.
