They have a nice site with a compatibility filter that doesnt work it will say it works but you will get a unit that doesnt read speed rpm a/f mixture or run any of the timed comparisons function. When you finally give up and return it be prepared to be stuck with the cost of return postage and then being charged 50 dollars to restock the item. Pretty much a scam if you ask me. Im sure the guy will come around and say im a competitor making fake claims or that i never ordered his product. Let me assure you I have. Save yourself the money time and hassle just go somewhere else.

So the response since i posted this review the response is to deny it and call me a liar. I have uploaded all the emails that were sent back and forth between us including the one where you back pedaled over giving me a partial refund and were made aware that between the restocking fee and the postage I paid to return your product came to 93 dollars. Just in the interest of complete honesty I was billed 299.95 and was returned 249.95 if i have to I can upload proof of that as well. I dont expect to hear back from this rep but I have taken the liberty of uploading this review and information to other review sites and the business bureau. I have also noticed that the majority of positive reviews that were made were posted in a 6 day window. Being that the representative referred to charging me a 50 dollar restocking fee as being ridiculous I did email them and ask for my money back. No surprise they will not respond.

Do not buy from them unless you want terrible customer service. Would not take back an Cold Air Intake. They sent the wrong one and after I sent photos and multiple emails, still would not work with me. Their phone number does not work. I contacted BBB and the company refused to talk to them.

Shipping ok bought it for my 2019 mustang to gain some hores power and smoother shifts didn't care about fuel mileage. Got it plugged it in did the install as instructed been driving for a week or more now and feel nothing so disappointing doesn't do what it said it would do this product is garbage company should be reported for selling fake performance tuners don't buy. Go to real tuner shop and spend the money for real tune.

So I ordered a cold air intake from them. They waited 24 hours or so to tell me the one I ordered was not in stock. So they had another one that would (work with my car). And there was a price difference and they would refund the difference. Well the one I got in the mail was neither one, and they refused to refund me any money. Well I contacted them to return it, they fought me on that. Said they had to ask the warehouse to see if they are accepting returns or not. Then they fought me on a shipping label to return it. Then once I shipped it I kept track of it. And they didn't contact me until almost a week of them receiving it. I asked about my refund they said it was up to the warehouse on it. Then once they claimed it was issued it took another 4 days to show up. Then once it did it was $10 less then what I paid. I asked about the price difference and below in the pictures was their response. If I was you I would stay away from this company! Nothing but scam artists!

I noticed an immediate difference after plugging this chip into my 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback 1.5L turbo. Feels quite a bit peppier and throttle response has definitely increased. The initial fit onto the plug was a little tight but I was able to get it on. I'm only a few days in and can't wait to see the improvement in another weeks time. The website is a little confusing since it states 100% money back guarantee, then terms and services reads that there is a 25% restocking fee. This is probably the main issue that people have with this company. I don't anticipate needing to send it back, but if I do I'm a little worried about the process.
Performance wise, the chip seems to do what it says. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought a stage 2 chip which I immediately returned due to reading multiple review this site was a scam. Here's essentially how they operate. You the customer pay for the hope of making your car perform better with a cheap alternative. Ik because this was me.

The second you sign the terms and conditions and pay you have lost 25% - 100% of your money. One of 2 things will happen.

You will either keep the chip and it will be past the time to return it and they will keep all of your money when you realize it doesn't work.

Or if you're me you return it immediately and they hit you with a 25% restocking fee.

I would love to meet the scum running this operation and how this is legal to me is crazy. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY ALREADY TOOK MINE.

Any good review about this company is fake.

First purchased & installed stage 1,,, on my 2016 nissan altima 3.5 sr,,, felt power increase across rpm band,, but was getting check engine light/p101 lean code. Contacted them 6 weeks later because I like power gain& wanted this to work. They suggested go with stage 2 because some cars computers clash with stage 1,, and I should try stage 2. They refunded my money even though it was after 30 days,, I waited couple more weeks but missed the performance gain which was undeniable. I bought the stage 2, have experienced 2 mpg gain,, and smoother idle, and what feels like a 20hpgain & increased torque,, having no problems with the stage 2,,, and now I am completely satisfied,,, except curious about stage 3...

Ordered a stage 1 chip for my 2008 Tacoma. It physically did not fit. I emailed them twice within the 14 return day period for return instructions. They never replied. I challenged the charge on my credit card and they denied my claim, said I never returned the chip. True but one cannot return the chip w/o instruction from Performance Chip which they never provided. These folks have no clue about customer relations or they are a total scam. BTW the LL Bean Mastercard cursory investigation failed to recognise my claim

Update 9/18/19
Performance Chip contacted me and made good on the 20% they kept. Took almost a year but they did refund and apologize that I had an unfortunate experience.

I bought one for my 2014 Honda Ridgeline, mileage dropped 3 mpg the first day I had it installed. I have tried contacting them twice to get a return authorization but they wont return emails, Total rip off company.
1/8/2019 Follow up, I finally got in contact with someone and they told me to return it, I asked if I would receive a 100% refund and was assured I would as long as it was not damaged. Well they refunded me $79.99 and kept $20 as a restocking fee. I filed a complaint with paypal who has decided to side with them and said the transaction was completed properly. DO NOT fall for their lies about the 100% guarantee and "What do you have to lose? $20 is what you have to lose. They are getting rich off of returns and is probably their plan to begin with the product does not do what they say or at least it didnt perform for me, perhaps it was not programmed properly in which case it was defective but they still charged me $20 plus the cost of returning. Unless you are sure this product will work for you or you dont mind losing $20 you better stay away..

At first, I had some doubts about performance parts because of the false reviews you can find on the Internet, especially on performance chips.
I decided to give them a call and they help me out to choose the right chip for my vehicle, after receiving my chip I see the result within the first week after plug in the chip, now I'm saving about 4 MPG on my Dodge.

Reviews are almost useless. 1 start whiners claiming Scam is most likely false.
I dont know why there's repetitive 1 star reviews for this company, I bet they're fake. I ordered stage 1 performance chip and they offer 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, who can beat that? Plus I got a cold air intake from them and it got to me in 3 days free shipping. And they have a phone number and customer service. These 1 star reviewers are fake or just cry babies.
