I didn't want to rent a tux for my Senior Ball, so I decided to buy one and I am so glad that I did. It was exactly what I wanted.The Perfect Tux is the best, the quality of the tux is fantastic, I didn't want a typical black tux, I wanted a tux with color, and they had the color that I wanted.

I spoke to Steve Braxton, the owner, who was just awesome to work with. He spent over an hour with me on the phone going through alternatives for my groomsmen. On a Friday. Before Labor Day. He was kind, helpful, and really hard-working. Speaks volumes about his company. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
Thanks for being a high quality, lower cost alternative for my sophomore son to take his junior friend to her prom in style. I thought that Amazon marketplace would be my best option for a tuxedo shirt and bow tie, but you beat them out in all the ways that count, options, availability, price and delivery.

I have a friend who is very tall and very hard to fit. He was in a ballroom dance competition and needed a tux shirt that fit. We ordered the 17 1/2-36-37 and it is the first shirt that has actually fit him perfectly. He loved it. His dance frame was not hampered and he and his partner did a great job at the competition. The tux jacket was absolutely perfect for Prom! Awesome color and great fit! We knew the pants wouldn't fit due to your email in advance but that's OK, the jacket looked fantastic with black pants.

Truly 5-star service... I was having issues changing the total number of shirts ordered, however a note on the order form took care of the issue. The shirts are perfect. Unfortunately, even though I ordered a Women's tuxedo jacket in size 4 (using my measurements matched with their size chart), the size 4 jacket was so large it looked like a clown costume. Granted, it was a 4R and I'm size 4P, but it was much bigger than a size 6 jacket. I was so disappointed!
I will have to return the tux jacket. With such superb customer relations, I am sorry for that.

HI, Thanks for the quality of the suit we received. I do need to say that the picture should have been more professional. It is very obvious that the pants in the picture on the website are far to long for the model. It confused my friend when we took the pants to the tailor's for fitting because he thought that this is the way they were to be worn. Pictures should show what it is to have a clean look, not sloppy.
I will definitely consider ordering from you guys again. Everything came in a timely matter. You all did end up running out of stock with the size we needed but everything worked out with the exception of the pants. Also, I would have liked to have a tracking number just so I would feel more comfortable knowing where my packages were.

I purchased a tuxedo on Monday, 4/18, for my brother to wear to prom. The next day, I received an email stating that my order would ship no later than the following day (4/20). On 4/20, I received an email stating that my package shipped, and I would receive it no later than 4/22. On 4/26, when I had not yet received my package, I contacted customer support for an update. Only after wasting another half of a business day, midday on 4/27 they told me that their warehouse lost my order and it had not processed or shipped it yet. They also said that their warehouse would be processing it hopefully by the next day (4/28), and that it didn't make sense to upgrade my shipping because I live so close to their warehouse (I'm in PA, and the warehouse is in NJ). The fact that they didn't demand their warehouse to process my lost order and ship it out immediately is appalling. I demanded the shipping upgrade, but they didn't process my order on 4/27. Today, 4/28, they can't even provide me with a tracking number so I can monitor the status of my package which they claim will be shipped today for overnight delivery. So, I'm left with a heartbroken brother with no tuxedo for the prom tomorrow (4/29). Avoid this company at all costs. A cheaper price is not worth all of the headache I have gone through.
Ordered a lilac colored neck tie for my son. Chatted with one of the representatives and told him I need it for my 8 year old son. When I received the package, I was surprised that it's not the quality that I expected. The satin cloth looks cheap and it's too short for my son. Overall not happy and will need to return it.
We're very sorry that the necktie did not work out for you. However, the measurements of the tie is on our website. We also sell ties and bow ties numerous times a week and never get complaints on the quality. We really wished you would have contacted us directly to see if we could help rectify any issues you may have before such a bad review, especially since we went out of our way to help you find the perfect tie style/color combination that wasn't currently on our website.
My son decided to buy rather than rent for his prom - all rather last minute. The only site that carried the exact tux he wanted was PerfectTux. They were unbelievably helpful... responding immediately to EVERY one of my hundred questions... to make sure that we got the right tux. Once it arrived, we panicked because the legs were a bit too tight, but the rest of the tux fit beautifully. I was worried also that the quality would be shabby, because it was SO reasonably priced. But, my son ordered a Macy's $800 tux as well, and when he tried both on he picked the PerfectTux tux without any hesitation... style, comfort, look, everything was perfect. While we were still trying to figure out what to do about the pants being too snug, their customer service went back and forth with me to figure out what other pants we might be able to make work with the jacket and how to get it to me OVERNIGHT. It was very stressful and PerfectTux was AMAZING about making it work for me. It turned out that the original tux pants worked beautifully. He looked unbelievably handsome and they held up through the whole evening, including a lot of dancing. The whole experience from beginning to end, with PerfectTux, was OUTSTANDING! My younger son can't wait to buy his Senior Prom Tux from them as well. Thank you so much!

This was a terrible mistake by our fulfillment center. As soon as the customer made us aware of the issue, we did everything in our power to get the customer their tuxedo ASAP. Even though the customer is 1-2 days away from the fulfillment center, we upgraded it to Next Day Air Shipping. By the time the re-shipment processed the order it was too late to have the order shipped out the same day. We apologized, and still do, for this grave mistake. We were told his prom was next week, so we thought everything would be OK, but then was told he was attending a second prom which is this weekend. A tracking number was provide and the customer will receive the package tomorrow. We understand the complaints and feel really bad about it.
