I called in an emergency needing two child suits to take with me to Switzerland the following day. Chat line fellow was excellent. I wish I could remember his name. I got my daughter in Switzerland on the phone. She took boys measurements and I typed back to chat line. Recommendation on sizes made. Overnight shopping came thru, and I hand carries for a perfect fit on the other end. Boys looked fantastic!
Our 3 year-old son's ring bearer tux rental was a little over $240! I was not going to pay that, so last minute I got online hoping to find something comparable. I found something so much better at PerfectTux.com! I was very hesitant about making the purchase and sharing my personal information for payment and shipping because I had never heard of this place. I am so thankful I did! We ordered the suit 2 days before the wedding and paid extra to have it shipped in time. The cost of the beautiful 5-piece suit and extra shipping still came out to less than half the price of the tuxedo (we also get to keep the suit). The wedding pictures are beautiful! It looked and felt like an elegant, well-made suit. I will definitely use PerfectTux.com again. Thank you for helping us with this extra special event!

We needed a jacket in a hurry for my husband for his concert band. We had one overnighted. It arrived in perfect time, fit beautifully, and was just right for our needs. Highly recommend!
My son needed a tux for his School orchestra performance. When I first spoke to customer service, I ordered a size 14. However, when we received and he tried on the tux, we realized it was too small and had to changed to a size 16. When I called customer service ( spoke with owner Steven B.) and explained that I needed the tux expedited due to the performance, the tux arrived on time as promised. The only comment is that the tux style is designed for a snug fit and ordering one size up would result in a more relaxing and comfortable fit. Other than that, I was very happy with the overall tux in terms of quality and cost. We would definitely recommend perfect tux for their overall customer service.
PerfectTux was great in accommodating me! They're customer service was excellent. If they didn't have the tux I requested, they offered something similar. I look forward to ordering the rest of my groomsmen's tuxedos from this company.

Twenty years ago I found a set of treble clef tux studs to wear with my conductor's while tie and tails. I broke one of them and various attempts at repair failed. A lengthy search brought me here. I was elated. They arrived PROMPTLY. Service was courteous. My experience was 100% positive. Without reservation I recommend.

Ordered a shirt and bow tie or event. When the order arrived the shirt had bad stitches on the front, poor quality, and was very noticeable. I had no time to reorder since the event was the evening after the shirt arrived. Perfect Tux charges a restocking fee which I had to pay to initiate my return, even though it was damaged! This wasn't my fault and I was charged a restocking fee for a damaged item that will be passed on to another customer! Bad Business!
This issue was resolved with the vendor. I ordered a shirt and bow tie and returned both. When I noticed only a portion of my return was processed I assumed I was charged the restocking fee clearly displayed on my invoice, but in fact the bow tie return was missed and not processed. The vendor has since credited my return for my entire purchase, no restocking fee was charged. I appreciate them addressing this issue in rapid speed!
After scouring stores looking for matching ties for the grooms men, i stumbled upon this site. The ties looked like they were the right color and would fit our need. The price was right and they promised quick delivery, so it was worth a try. PerfectTux.com came through perfectly. The ties are just what we wanted and came in the mail immediately. Thanks so much
Thank you so much for speedy delivery/customer service and product quality. Suit fitting for a 12y old can be challenging: don't know if your company can influence measures. The jacket was a bit short on the sleeves but sat perfectly on the shoulders... length of trousers also good but the waist too large with no possibility of adjustment (no latches inside to pull). Apart from that an overall positive experience and price corresponded to value.
My husband is a concert cellist so needs a tux shirt as part of his uniform". The quality of cotton, the very nice detail and the crisp wings on the collar make this shirt stand out above the rest. It fits him beautifully. Will buy again.
The suits run really small. My son wears size 8 and the 12 is slightly larger on him... not enough to size down. The suits appear well made and are packaged to store in a nice garment bag. This is a really great suit for a great price.
Was looking tirelessly for a vest for my suit that was the perfect color without being goudy. Found it here. Shipping was extremely fast and more importantly the color from the picture online was exactly as it was when it arrived
Ordered a pair of pants online for my son; he'd split his pants and had a concert less than a week away. Was very worried about the quality of the material considering I couldn't see/feel it prior to purchase. The quality of the material and the ease/speed of the delivery was pleasantly pleasing, and the fit was excellent.

We were able to resolve the issue with Tim. There was no restocking fee ever charged to the customer, but a missing refund for a missing bow tie was what made him think that there was a fee. We were able to refund him also for the missing bow tie and his original shipping due to the defective shirt. We wish we would of known about the defective shirt before, because we would of done everything to make sure the right shirt was received (even if we had to overnight it)
