Perfect Glasses offer a fantastic range of glasses from the basic, cheaper pairs to the slightly more expensive, designer pairs. Whether you go designer or basic, the glasses are all fantastic value for money - and much cheaper than you'd pay in stores! The website was easy to navigate, too - from browsing the glasses to ordering. Even choosing the lenses you wanted in the glasses was easy. The glasses arrived quickly, and were packaged well in a solid glasses case, with a cleaning cloth. I love their online mirror; where you can upload your photo and try on the glasses to see if they suit your face. It can be hard picking glasses online, but this option really helps you decide. Overall, a fantastic service and I'll be ordering my glasses from here in the future!

I bought two weeks ago a rimless Provo red metal frame, with hd 1.67 thin progressive lense fitted & reactions to darken lense in grey. They arrived after 10days in good physical condition.
On trying out the glasses i noticed frame arms are very short which is a pity, as friends suggest they are childrens frames.

The vision from the lense is not very sharp indoors but for driving they are acceptable, colours are somewhat mushy, but in all honesty they are useable. The progressive distance action is viewed at a very narrow central/top of the lense, although midrange viewing for computer etc is good, as is reading.

I tried varifocal lense from high st optician chain three years ago with standard 1.56 lenses & could not wear them due to feeling giddy and sick, so im pleased these perfect glasses progressive lense do not cause that effect.

I previously ordered reglaze from perfect glasses 18 months ago with kodak bifocal lense which were pretty good.

For a Indian glasses company i find perfect glasses to be satifactory supplier of low price fames & lense. I will use again in the future but i Know a pakistani online glasses service which is far cheaper with better lense although their frames are basic plastic.

Please be aware, there are some really good online prescription spectacle suppliers... but Perfect Glasses is NOT one of them! Keep your hard-earned money in your pocket until you have done some thorough research and check all reviews. There are lots of reviews that will tell the same story as mine in relation to their Perfect experience. Now it may possibly be that if you were to order an ordinary bog standard pair of specs with no additions they could get it right, but I won't be taking a chance again! My order was placed for polarized prescription sunglasses on March 2nd. I received them after a couple of weeks but the coating was patchy so I had to return them. Amazingly they said that they were not able to make polarized lenses with the plain black frame I had ordered so suggested that I choose a frame-less design, oh yeah. And I'd have to pay more! I chose not to send any more money, and I really didn't want frame-less! And so it's gone on, and on, and on! This is a long winded story and I will not bore you with it all! After many, many weeks of expecting the company to resolve the issue, I asked for my money to be refunded, they then decide that my original choosing CAN be remade, and they will be "perfect"! Although I have said that I do not want them, they tell me that they have been dispatched. It makes no difference though, I am taking the matter further.
I was not surprised to find that this Company has such a poor satisfaction rating, I just wish I had read all the on-line reviews that are available prior to placing my order, rather than just relying in the reviews posted on their own website... BIG mistake! I found the service provided by Perfect Glasses amateurish in the least, they are less than truthful, with no Customer Service to be talked of! You will be fobbed off with the same delaying tactics that have been mentioned by other reviewers. And as has already been said, the "no quibble" promise means zilch!
I have read from other reviews that the company is based in India. That would make no difference to me, but it would explain the poor delivery and transport times. Whether it be India, London or Timbuktu, as Consumers we are all entitled to an acceptable level of service! You won't be getting it from Perfect Glasses though!
Update: after I posted my review (above) last week I finally got my refund!
