I have ordered two frames from pepperfry application and waiting time of dlvry was around 10 days. After 10 days i hv chcked on app and it showing delivered to me but products was not dlvrd to me. And on receiving thr was not my signature on that. I have complained too that i have not recipient packet till date no solution.

No proper response getting from your end and delivery Ecome Express.

I didn't got any message or call regarding delivery.

Like amazon and flipkart I will get message or call before delivery items with proper delivery timings and delivery person contact number.

And even I didn't got single call from delivery person.

Using Docket number I checked in Ecomexpress But there showing undelivered due to residence/office closed and 5 times they updated like

This is not first time and repeatedly 5 times happened.

How come delivery person updating residence/office closed without single phone call or message...

My biggest mistake was not to check some reviews before buying from Pepperfry. I'm coming to know of so many bad reviews only when i decided to write a review myself.
First, their showroom has nothing to show, instead they show you on a screen... basically the very website you can also browse at home. Then they ask you to come back after finalizing the model, only to realize there are no additional benefits if they place order on your behalf... the store just wanted to show sale number. So i decided to order it myself at home, then when product came, it was badly packed, had some small piece comeoff... the delivery guys say it can be patched up by the carpenter who will come to assemble. When i asked, he said they come automatically the same day... when i called the carpenter he said he will come tomorrow... then next day he said he will come later next day... ONLY FOR ME TO REALISE YOU NEED TO CALL THE customer service number to place a assembly request! There are no information being sent on this in email or msg or even the delivery or carpenter bothered to tell the process... just making us wait. Guys... my advise would be pls check other big showrooms who deliver and assemble with a proper process and also immediate return/replacement when damage happens.

One off my worst customer service from this company. Do not buy from as far as i concerned they are rouges who take money and supply fault goods and through their warranty limit liability. They are very happy to take your money and product have manufacturing defects which only after few months you notice. Un ethical company. I have lost around Rs 60,000. Rip of merchants need frying in pepper

I purchased my first online furniture from pepperfry and it was an awesome experience just because of Angana bora (sales executive) from pepperfry guwahati office... She made sure I got the right sofa just as I had asked for... Thank you Angana and thank you pepperfry, I will come back for more...

After so long we finally got the item but one door stopper is missing and it's not the same item that we ordered. The delivery person just left in hast without doing a proper check and said you can contact pepperfry support for further action. POOR DELIVERY, FAULTY ITEM AGAIN... ORDER NO. *******630. If you cannot fix this time I need a full refund back in my bank account and not in pepperfry account as credits. Wrote an email to customer service but they don't bother to reply even after 3 weeks of reporting and calling and writing repeated emails. See pictures original versus what was delivered

True to its reviews which I just happened to notice due to my frustrating experience pre-sales, Pepperfey is not at all customer oriented. They seem to take customers for granted and seemingly any feedback given is not even bothered to be mentioned by them but simply close the case with very off handed answers not even pertaining to the issue raised. Fortunately I did not yet purchase any thing yet from them and would not do so now after looking at their shabby customer reviews. Highly avoid thi site.

Absolutely zero service, no way you can reach out to pepperfry. Always they say they will get back, but they will never call.

The furniture are really good and the products are really amazing. The person helped us throughout the selection and his behaviour was really helpful. Seems to order more in the upcoming days!

Worst site to buy online

Worst ever service. This fraud company charges Delivery Fees and Installation Fees separately and don't even bother to install the product. When contacted customer agent (Ms. Aarzoo), she was very rude and denied both return and installation of the product outrightly as if I am asking her/company to lend me money. I requested her to get me connected to senior management but she denied in a way as if she is the only owner of the company.
Would not recommend anyone to buy a single product from this company. Guys, please do not waste your hard earned money in pepperfry products instead go to market and purchase product of your choice.

It was an absolute disaster ordering from them. Will never make this mistake ever again. First they delivered the wrong product and informed me that the assembly will be done in 2 hours. There was no sign of any assembly person even after 24 hours. When I raised a return request for the incorrect product, they sent me a message saying the pickup will be done the next day. When I called on the number for the reverse pickup, the person said he won't be coming. Next, I received a mail saying the pickup couldn't be done as "I was unavailable at the location". Pepperfry is not a furniture website. It's a scam, a bloody joke run by a group of fraudsters.

Pepperfry sells inferior quality metal lamps and then when you try to return they say it's not their policy to return. Their customer service and products are both VERY POOR.

Wrong suggestions are shown in terms of dimensions. And they cheat customers by not allowing returns. Very bad experience. I would say this is easily FURNITURE MAFIA looting people. Its a huge eye wash. Go for Home center, Urban Ladder - Both are much better in quality and customer service.
Peppperfry cheated us with wrong dimesnions Matress only because we came to know that that dimensoin matress wasnt getting sold. Very bad experience of being cheated under the veil of "Branding".
