I just don't trust these things. They seem, and most likely are, pretty suspect.
Poor information. Has her living at my address currently. Wrong information. I want my card refunded
You tricked me into thinking i was getting 5 days off full access for $1 but you gave me nothing except what i could already find on Google. Waste of money!
I haven't seen any information yet so I don't know yet.
Easyand reliable. There seems to be a very good information on the person that I'm trying to find. I feel that I have found the person that I'm looking for
Total waste of time and money. Very disappointed! Kept receiving emails saying that there were updates and no information was provided that wasn't public record that I already knew or could look up myself.
I've tried multiple times. Not clear on this times cost.
They provide extremely little information; for such a high price, i expected a lot more.
My experience so far is disappointing, at the start of the report I saw a message that said criminal records was found and all I see is his name and address.
I've tried to download twice and was refused ccv# for 1.00 then paid $14 and got right in not happy
I only paid for a one month subscription, so i shouldn't be able to still log in.
How can i rate something i haven't seen yet. There is all this buildup for what is behind the curtain, but I dont if you are just trying to get me to pay. I have no reason to rate you higher yet.
It's great but I wasn't expecting after I paid to see all a premium charge. Hmmm!
I wanted to check on myself, a d after $100 nothing
Experience good but could not get info on one person
Very disappointed with the service you promised to provide
Still waiting to learn something other than an address
Very easy experience working with this company. I was able to find everything I wanted to see. I will recommend this site to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work. Thank you
I do not like the automatic charges after 1 month. I will cancel before that

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
