The advertisement said the person had a criminal record, but the report showed none. I know they have a facebook account, but does not show any account. Then you want me to pay an additional $19. Xx for additional information. What a rip off.

The marketing strategies are annoying. I would prefer to simply get to the report without the marketing layers.

You keep repeating the same things. You say there is new info but there never is!
Difficult to access reports, froze several times, slow, do not update files of deceased individuals, system keeps making me do the same pages over and over, very indirect Also you keep saying you have updates on people who are dead. You don't even have any knowledge they died or when.
I phoned your customer service department to cancel my account and was assured I wouldn't be charged any more and did not need to formally cancel my membership. My credit card was charged in October and November of this year.
