I ran a test and paid $27.99. Data on me is very brief and incomplete. And then you have the gall to ask for more money for more data you said you collected.
1. I am 84 years old and my hi-schools and my then-addresses are not there. And that is one of your advertising lines (found long-lost folk for hi school reunion)
2. My move a 1.5 years ago is not there.
3. My marriages and my divorces are not there.
4. My citizenship data is not even mentioned
5. And many other issues.
I would suggest that you not charge my credit card!

I found it easy to log in and the set up is simple to follow.
Thought it was a decent site. This site gives you no information period. Not even an updated email, social media info, etc. Total waste of money!

That person I searched for has an arrest record, during computer search I got a misleading statement that social records have been found and ended up not being there after I paid to get the premium info, there is also a record of 2 restraining orders missing and a recent indictment of 2 felony assaults. Plus I wasn't told that the unlimited search is only for the simple info that most people already know. Complete waste of money and I certainly feel robbed.
The screen said there were criminal records and after i paid to access it says no criminal history
This is the first time I've ever been able to use it and been paying for it for Over a year I would like a refund

The only information available for the monthly fee is things I found out just doing online checks. What am I paying for?
