I'm sure there is missing information. I looked up my child's father and I know for sure he has a criminal record. Your site shows nothing.

I Would have liked to see the fee schedule more easily accessed, i. E., upfront boldly displayed.

This site is horrible. I am his mother and it has no information and the addresses etc are wrong. I am requesting a refund. The site I used to use told all criminal activity and this says none unless I pay more. What was $27.00 for?

Your customer service is poor! When I called to explain that I had ordered the 6 month subscription and then when I received my bill it appeared I was charged for a single month your rep argued with me and stated no I ordered a single month, when I know what I clicked on and what I wanted. But all the same she ARGUED instead of trying to come up with a remedy so never the less I cancelled my subscription! So buyer beware! Which is sad to say

The information provided was so lame. It was not worth the $15.00 I paid. I would like my money back. Then you kept trying to get me to pay more for additional information. I should of had tons of detailed information for what I paid. Your testimonials are FAKE!

First person I looked up I confirmed he was 24 and it brought up somebody else that was 52 and then on my second search I looked for criminal records and I know he's a criminal and didn't show up so this website is a scam

Their should of been criminal records ex marriage all kind of information and nothing

Had no issues registering. I suppose the report is good. Was not sure what to expect but i was not blown away by the results like the ad suggested i would be.
