Was under the impression based on the website link that this as a free search. Secondly, there is nothing on this report I wasn't aware of.

Your ability to look up important information is horrible. I wanted to check an individual on Ebay before I made a purchase and your service did not find that he had gotten divorced and moved to a new town 15 years ago. I was able to call the individual and verify important information, but your background check was worthless. I did a test later and asked for a report on someone I know has an extensive criminal background and your service came back with a report that he had no record. I now have no confidence in your product.

False advertising to get ppl to upgrade to higher cost
I bought the basic, which was bare bones…name, address, phone etc. then I bought the premium. It took my credit card and gave me nothing. I thought it didn't go through, so 9 tried to buy it again…still no premium. Charges went through, purchase was never activated.

Only info you gave me is what I can publicly see online and some of the info so far is wrong such as she was married and she's now divorced. It does not give her current number that she's had for three years min. In fact I'm highly disapprove!
