The search was missing public information I knew existed - very poor experience
It said I had no divorce and no felony. I have both. Felony was 35 years ago.
The part that was bad was another woman with my name had some really bad things. It popped up with my name saying don't let let Mari Tolbert near your kids. It didn't show which Mari.
I want you to reimburse my fee and get me off your list. I sure would hate to have that pop up under my name.
Bait and switch scheme. I'm requesting my money back. Scam scam scam
Took too long. Didn't need all that info. Social media isn't necessary.
Info found does not seem to be current. So much I already know that isn't in these reports.
Wrong information about me... I never used the name Victoria SHIRLEY SMITH. Or Never used name Victoria SHIRLEY SIEBERT. NEVER WENT BY THE NAME SHIRLEY
You sure don't get much for the basic $27.99/month membership. People Whiz hasn't uncovered anything on anyone I didn't already know or could have found out on my own just by looking people up on Google or Facebook. Honestly feel like I've been ripped off!
I'm not even seeing information on this joker that I've already found myself.
I can't believe it was so easy to get all this information. It just blows my mind.
So far I have created my account and am waiting for my report.
I bought this service to get a mugshot of a career felon. Not only did I not get a mugshot, but the info was BAD, outdated, inaccurate...
Takes a $1 gives you nothing after is says it's for the premium. Rip off
Wouldn't take my first credit card denied my cvv numbers even tho I verified over 4 times
Misleading capture prior to purchasing the report stating criminal information. Once purchased there were no criminal re it's. I feel this was very deceiving.
Good so far but the last time I tried they didn't know all the infrmation.
I would of rated this 5 stars but, due to the fact it charged me $1.00 and said it's a 5 day trial and then barely gives any information I feel it was a waste of my time and money.
I saw it keep popping up on my computer with my name
So much work then ask to pay...
Nice to see a low cost avenue to try...

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
