Your website is very user friendly even for non tech savvy people like myself.

Still difficulty navigating... it is my problem. I need to spend more time going over the training videos.

I submitted a survey after being promised a $25 gift card to Amazon and they never rewarded me with the card, it was a scam to write a review for them

Makes filling out forms super easy.

I was under the impression all four of my documents were sent when I did my taxes on April 15th, but only two out of the four were sent.

And, I was charged $180 for the subscription.

So far it's super easy to use and I'm very happy with the program and it's capabilities.

A little confusing at first but once we got the hang of things it was okay. I wish there were more options for fonts and placement of wording and graphics but overall okay

This program is the best PDF editor/publisher, I have ever used. I especially like the ease of uploading images and placing them onto page. You are able to make adjustments, easily and can print specific pages and email, fax and or save complete documents or just a certain page, if you wish. Great program.

I have experienced few glitches during editing. But in general here is nothing to complain about. Best compatibility with all devices and great features!

I can't access it at work, so expensive for my use. Good customer service and product is ok.
Documents are saved online so document security an issue for me.
