My experience has been good, what is needed is an option to be able to cut and paste, I hope very soon I can do it.
I have not found the tool to be useful. I was expecting the program to have some frequently used forms in templates that I could use.
Excellent service at an unmatched price! Very user friendly once established and love the HIPAA compliance.
PDFfiler has been overall a huge help. It would be even more helpful if you could also send corrected 1099's to the IRS.

I get frustrated with this program often. I have a few more months on my subscription and will continue to try a give PDFiler the benefit of the doubt and see if I can make it work better for me.

It is difficult to save a document to a new name after making changes on a form or say signing the document.

Would be great to have add and merge pdf tool
The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available.
But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.
