I was very frustrated with the support I received from one of your agents. We just seem to get on the same wave length. I had asked a question and she came back with instructions on how to cancel my subscription!? I decided to cut my losses with her and went back and made due myself. Then come to find out she cancelled my subscription! I still had active forms there. Please tell her that if and when I want to cancel my subscription I am perfectly able to do that myself! I was not impressed with her.
Has done everything i needed and then some! Been great to have thank you
I've only done 2 documents, but it seems very user friendly. I'm still exploring and trying different features.
I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.
A little difficult and confusing to figure out at first
AWESOME! Love that I can make changes, sign docs all in one place!
Overall my experience has been great
Once I can attend a webinar I will be able to feel more comfortable with the program
If one thing is for sure that I paid for this when I couldn't afford to. No student discounts, Veteran discount, or any discount for a matter of fact. I don't recall what formI had to fill out. But I think it at to do with the Veterans Admin and when I tried to use this ONE feature I had to pay and additional amt each month.
I seriously thought that when I paid that yearly fee (because let's face it people will create a thousand accts just to use it for free) I thought I could use just about any function on pdffiller. Not that I would use that function but maybe once. And now it's annoying me that I can't remember but I will find it. And get back to you.
Quick
No issues once I contacted the support department who answered my questions. I understand that you are in business to make money on a service. I just felt it was costly for a piece of paper or two that would cost me 10. Cents at a FedEx or Office Max type business.
Great service!
VryGood
I will start a lawsuit after such a horrendous experience. I was supposed to pay $6 per month, but they took $72 from my bank in one go, which is not what I paid for. It gets worse, when I wanted to save a single modified file into my desk, they force me to subscribe to a professional plan which ends up taking an additional 100 dollars immediately from my account instead of upgrading the monthly fee! I closed my PDFfiller account ever since and I cannot get them to answer for this cowardly scam and get a refund.
Sharp practice regarding the product after purchase
The price is too high. I think you'd have more subscribers if it wasn't as high. Honey vs vinegar...ya know?
Just great
PDFfiller is very useful for filling out government forms. Wish it was more used friendly.
For medical forms, this makes things soooo much easier!
I like all of the features. It is saving me lots of time. Well worth the investment.
All of the above
Answer: NO! Any company that would lure veterans to use their service, then try to charge them to print or save their documents after filling them out iss a RIPOFF!
Answer: Tharun hi! Many thanks for your interest and question! No, our 30-day free trial period is entirely free, no hidden fees, no fine print. The first charge goes on the first day of the second month (and you can surely cancel prior to that, again, no charges). Hope this helps!
Answer: Many thanks for your question! There are two answers here, actually. First of all, nobody in pdfFiller Team has access to the documents you store inside your account. Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Susan, many thanks for your question! And yes, you can do that. Two things are important here. First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud. Secondly - please, note that PDFfiller does not have any sort of official agreement with medicare, thus, your form cannot be automatically delivered to the needed office. In other words, you can surely fill the form with us, edit it later, print, save, email etc. But keep in mind that you are responsible for document delivery, this is NOT automated. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Bibek, many thanks for your question. And no, you will not, free trial is free :) But please, mind the deadline. Charging is automatic straight after these 30 days are over.
