I advised PDF Filler that I felt the sales description was misleading because I found that when I wanted to use a feature it would tell me to upgrade to a higher priced version. When I initially rated the product at 2 stars they said they would refund my card. I'm giving PDF filler a 3 star rating for prompt response and supporting an unhappy customer by providing a refund. However, I still found the web based pdf editor cumbersome and would rather use a reasonably priced desktop version. I will be very pleased to see the refund come through.

I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

I don't like that I cannot save fillable forms that I have to create one each time I need to send one. When I save a fillable version as PDF, the fillable fields I create do not stay in tact. I need to create fillable PDF's to share with employees and I don't want to create new fields every time.
I hate my writing and this makes everything so much neater. So far I've only use it very limitedly, however I'm looking forward to learning more
My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

PDF FILLER IS GREAT! I'M SURE THERE ARE THINGS I COULD LEARN TO USE.
I absolutely love it. I still haven't figured out all the things it will do and how to do them, but it has been saving me a lot of time in my job. Saving me a lot of white out!
