I had ordered the phone from pdaplaza.ca on july 24 2022 and had received it on September 2nd. I started using the phone and quickly discovered that it fails to maintain proper reception signal. My carrier is Fido and where I live none of my previous phones had a problem with that. I compared pda's sony phone back to back with my old Samsung and it was having worse reception everywhere. So I requested a refund. On September 9th their employee Milan emailed me that the refund requested and will take 10-14 days to proceed. Over 20 business days later I still had no refund posted on my account. I sent him an email again, he said that he was going to request it again with his account manager. I'm pretty sure this company us a one man show but Milan was trying to make it seem like there's more than one person involved probably to justify the delays. So on October 17th after I sent him an email saying that I need my refund ASAP or I'm getting my bank involved he refunded me right away but 96,**$ short because they excluded the shipping and restocking fees?!... Are you serious... after I was so patient with you... and don't you guys get attracted by their discount deals because there are no deals. They post the cheaper prices every month. I will stay away from them in future and recommend everyone to do the same! You'll be better off with big well known companies than with these scamers.

Ordered a Xiaomi mi 11 ultra from them about month ago and got it yesterday. It took a while but if you want something that is not apple out Samsung it is worth the wait. Any questions sent through their website were answered promptly and they only accepted payment when the device was received at their facility and shipped. I will be ordering from them when this mi 11 ultra needs replacing in 2025!

Here's my quick summary of buying from pdaplaza as of Sept 15,2022. Any changes or updates will be added in the form of edits here.

I bought a Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 exactly 2 and a half weeks ago and received it yesterday.

First, they have a huge selection of smartphones and accessories, and the prices are very competitive. Their prices change quickly, but they are still better than I found on other marketplaces.

Regarding their customer service, they respond fairly quickly, within a day or so.

But, their biggest problem is the shipping time. I don't really understand why I have to wait a week or more if they ship from Quebec but at least I didn't pay customs fees.

The only other criticisms I have are that their return policy is a bit confusing and that they don't offer free shipping on orders over $1000 (not even $2000). Overall, they are a great place for smartphones and accessories, and I recommend them if you aren't in a rush.

This will be a very honest review from my side I had just purchased Xiaomi mi 11ultra from their website on August 26th 2022 and on the website it said device will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days I had waited almost 2 weeks with no tracking number. After that I decided to get in touch with the company and they replied back saying that they're sorry because they're experiencing some delays with postal services but no further information was given and said that they will ship it out by September 12th so I decided to wait on September 12th I emailed them again asking about my device and they said because of custom delays I will have to wait till next week Thursday or Friday and they expect to ship by that time I realized that after waiting almost a 20 days they did not have my device and this device launched last year in March 2021 so there was no issues of low inventory or a lot of demand or short on supply but lack of information given from their end was the reason I decided to cancel I just want everyone to know that they were really quick on returning the refund back I had got it in two business days
Theyhad mentioned on their website to get the device on time you should order the devices that are mentioned in stock and not on sale but none of the devices are mentioned in stock on their website my device was not on sale and I had to pay full price but even then I did not receive it
This sure was my first and last time buying anything from them.

I was reading all the negative reviews here and felt like maybe not to trust them but I needed the phone so bad so I went ahead and gave a try, trust me this isn't a fake review or anything but these guys actually do good business
Only thing is that you have to be patient depending on the area you live in
If you live in main cities then you will get the phone really quick or else a bit slower(mostly cuz of Canada post).
My device was shipped on the 6th day as it was mentioned in their time frame for shipping, it was quick, only there was 1 day delay cuz of Canada post
I love the device and it works perfectly with all Google services!
It's 100% real and in perfect condition
And the staff was also responsive through email even tho I was slow at replying cuz of my situation with my stolen phone and email

But In short, they aren't fake or shady, it's a growing business and actually are trying their best to give their best
Just read instructions before ordering so you know when you'd expect ur product to get shipped(dont get confused between delivery time frame and shipping, mostly reviews here are like complaining about late delivery based on shipping time frame!)

A representative named Milan kept in communication with me until late at night to solve the problem. I am happy with the results.

It takes a while to ship as they don't keep all phones in stock. But its worth it! It's the best priced phones I could find.

Shipping took a long time just due to Canada Post but customer service were good at updating and responding to my inquiries. Phone works great.

Overall had a great experience and the phone was brand new with the right specifications. No additional custom charges for me. Only issue I had was that it took way beyond the expected delivery date as mentioned during the purchase, but they compensated by shipping it via express service.

After reading reviews, I took a chance and ordered the Realme GT2 Pro phone. PDA Plaza had a great price and answered my questions promptly. Phone arrived when stated and was exactly what I ordered. Great job

Buying online can be an exhaustive experience. PDA Plaza customer service staff really made things as reassuring as it can be. Although there was some delay beyond their control, they kept me appraised of the situation until the final delivery. This is my second purchase from them and both experience has been excellent.

I ordered a 'used' phone that showed up in perfect condition, very quickly and the entire process was super easy. Didn't know of the vendor beforehand but will continue to use in the future.

Network slow, weak signal. Most area network are slow may be because of dual sim. Also noticed batter drawing fast

I had a great experience shopping with them! Got my Mi 11 Ultra within a week. The selection of phones was great, and the prices were very reasonable. If u want to wait for the electronics u bought for over a month.go ahead and try to buy something from this company.my experience was total fail. I ordered 19th and it was 15 to 25 days delivery. I emailed them if they can rush it. They say it would go out certain date. Nothing came. I have to rearranged my vacation.and the day they promised nothing happened and I had to change my vacation dates again.and they promised again and created shipment with tracking. I m writing this more than a 1 and a half month later still nothing in my hand. Their last email said it would be shipped tomorrow. Ehich will be another week or so to get to British Columbia where I live.(they are located in Montreal I believe. But it was all just making me believe they ll ship. I waited 4 more days and nothing was moving on tracking cuz they did not ship it in reality.its all blah blah lies. Yes they are cheap. But if u can't get the products it doesn't make any sense. Yea u may pay a few hundred more in other places but at least u won't be fooled by this company and get mad about them.do yourself a favour and pay more to avoid unnecessary stress. Stay away.

I get all my phones for all of my family at PDA Plaza, been ordering here for years. They have the hardest to find devices from Huawei, Honor, Xiaomi and all the latest sexiest foldables, for the best prices in Canada. It is true, you will wait a bit as you need to order first and then they'll get shipment from overseas to their HQ, where they'll then ship to you. But I've always had great dealings with them and the customer service has been always top notch. Highly recommend and hope to pick up a foldable next.

I bought a phone from this site with the hopes of finding a new phone site to shop at from now on. I used to write cell phone reviews back in the day and I'm now an avid cell phone collector.

I have bee waiting for this phone for over 2 months now with the site saying 15-25 business days when I bought it, the same product is on their site with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days right now...

I will change the rating if I get the phone soon in brand new condition of course. Otherwise I will have to cancel the order and contact the credit card company and Paybright to let them know what's going on here.

Not happy.

I have ordered a phone way back this January with the expectation to received the phone within 25-30 working days. After the said time frame had gone and passed, i sent emails for an update and the always reply that there were problems with shipping due to a whole bunch of reasons. After 2 and a hlaf months of watining and still nothing from them to show any progress, i decided to cancel my order which they agreed to refund me in full. But unfortunately they are unable to send the full amount back due to "Limitations" in sending money. The full price of my order was 2,600 CAD. They have sent me my initial refund amounting to 1,000 CAD after 2 weeks of back and fourth email, and the other 1,000 CAD after a MONTH! And up until now im still emailing about the remaining 600 CAD which they always say that they will look into it.

If you are thinking of buying from them, i suggest you go look to a more reputable store, and if you are dead set on buying from them, please do not be like me and use PAYPAL not INTERAC as this would ensure you have a back up options to get your money back in case, which would likely to happen, something wrong would occur.
