There was no problem
The phones were supposed to be grade A quality but one of the phones was in bad conditon: apparent scratches, coil cord not the same color of the phone, hand with scratch
Shipping seems a bit high.
Very quick response time. When the computer I wanted wasn't up to spec, I received an email that another would be shipped that was equal to the original. Good customer service.
Bought items before for work.decide on personal purchase. All was good till I paid for 2nd shipping an got my package on the fifth day.
This company carries great products at great prices. Condition of my laptop was phenomenal. Looked brand new! If you have a question and call them, someone actually answers your call! Highly recommend PC Liquidations.
My only comment would be: if You are buying a "refurbished computer" make sure that the installed Windows version is clean...there iws no need for extra software
The monitor arrived 2 days early, no damage to package. It works great!. It's being used in our restaurant for part of the P.O.S. System and our customers are used to 'crisp' displays of transactions.

Very professional transaction from start to finish. I paid a VERY reasonable price to replace my computer monitor and the product arrived I a timely fashion in exactly the advertised condition.
The original I know I chose was out of stock and the order could not be filled. I was very disappointed at first.
I received an email from someone in the customer service department offering a comparable unit. The system offered was actually a little better than the one I had chosen originally. Just received it today. Will be unboxing later.
I am very thankful that the customer service reached out and provider this opportunity.

Was great overall! Only wish there was a clearer warning on international shipping costs, got hit with an import fee after the package was already shipped that was nearly half the overall cost of the product
